Found this rooftop on a whim when in the area. This rooftop is located in the Marmara hotel. I went up and there wasn't much ppl. I spoke to the bartender who said they were open and I was able to take a seat outside. Both the bartender and the waitress were kind and helpful. The drinks were really good! The drinks were ok but they ran our credit card before we said we were done and added a 20% tip for themselves without allowing me to choose on the tablet. No receipt either. Supposedly the printer was broken...

MANHATTAN: a dog friendly rooftop bar?
