“I've been a regular at this location for years and the staff has always been incredibly nice. For the very few times I've had an issue with my order, they've always been happy to fix it and I move on with my day. Having worked in the food industry (not fast food), I know how stressful and tiring it can be so I applaud the staff for always being so upbeat and kind even on the busiest of days. Fast food workers are highly under appreciated given all the tasks they have to do at once while also trying to please every costumer while you're being tracked on time on top of that. Could you imagine waking up at 5AM to prep coffee and pastries for some entitled individual because the cream cheese wasn't spread out enough? Couldn't be me. Side note: One bad experience ANYWHERE doesn't reflect the overall service of the establishment. Everyone has bad days and everyone makes mistakes. Thank you to the staff for always being so kind and working hard when that line starts building up!“

“Had dinner tonight and it was amazing! The calamari appetizer was delicious! Also had the pork special, osso bucco which was out of this world! You must try this place. “Flour City is my go to spot for all my pastry and bread needs. In particular, I love the pastries. When I’m needing a quick breakfast, a good mushroom danish or a spinach and feta croissant goes a long way. But your classic plain or almond croissant is also so, so good.“

“Went to Shelly's Sweet Shoppe and ordered a birthday cake and cookie tray. Shelly was very helpful and patient with me as I wasn't sure the size of cake needed. Both the cake and cookie tray were beautiful and enjoyed by all of my guests. I will be back there time and time again and highly recommend her shoppe.“

It was super easy to work with Philip on choosing a design and flavors, size, and fillings. I chose one tier with chocolate cake and another with funfetti. The cake and cookies were delicious.I did some shopping around and Premier had the best price and design options.Our guests (and guest of honor) were blown away and everything turned out perfectly. “The sweet bread is delicious! Served fresh and warm, and you get two loaves per order. I recommend not ordering more than one, because you will eat both loaves in one sitting. It's that good!
