I ordered lamb gyro, chicken souvlaki, spanakopita, grilled vegetables, falafel, lemon potatoes, and a tray of Greek salad. Everyone was so happy with the food. And the staff are so nice, and go above and beyond. This is my new favorite Greek spot. “Best spot in the Huntington area to get a good Greek Salad. I always order their Greek Salad Lunch Special with Chicken Souvlaki - comes with a can of soda or water and half a pita. I usually order online or through their app for convenience.“

“No nonsense Greek food mostly for takeout although there are a few tables to eat in. The chicken souvlaki is good but the homemade chicken gyro is even better. They don't always have it available though. Reasonably priced and they usually prepare orders quickly. Always a good choice for Greek in Merrick or nearby towns.“

“My first time here and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was so fresh, flavorful and cooked perfectly. We had the vegetarian meatballs, zucchini chips, grilled chicken sticks, grilled lamb sticks and more. I loved the atmosphere. My sister is gluten free and there were so many options for her (including a separate fryer to insure no allergy). You must try this place!Dietary restrictions: They have a separate fryer for gluten free fries, etc. All their food is labeled as gluten free on the menu with so many options.“

“It wasn't busy, we went in For the taco Tuesday deal. We ordered carnitas taco, fish taco and lamb taco. It was all delicious. My number one choice would be carnita taco which had so much tasty meat, followed by lamb taco with the fresh elements of cilantro and lettuce and then the fish taco with mango pieces. On a tuesday the atmosphere was very calm and not so busy. The staff even though they were the only table attending staff Kai and Danny were extremely attentive. Will definitely be going back for more.“

“Food and service is great, I've never eaten in, always taken food to go. Only gripe is it's never ready when they say it is, I've always had to wait a few more extra minutes. If they say 20 min give them 30, if it's 45 min give them an hour.“

“Went here for lunch w friends. The place is small but hopping. Lots of people Picking up. We opted to eat in. Wait staff was knowledgeable about the menu and made good suggestions. We shared saganiki (a melted cheese and grilled tomato dish) it was warm and flavorful. It had warm feta w tomato on top w melted Greek cheese. Came w pita a good start to share. I had octopus well cooked and lots of flavor it came w onion and green peppers under it. My friends did salads one w gyro meat and they took off what she didn't like and add more of what she liked. My other friend had salad w souvlaki she like the marinade meat but the chunks need to be cut smaller for her. She like the tzatziki sauce. One friend order for her husband to take home and rice pudding. She said he loved his dish and the rice pudding was good tasting. They don't make ice tea but do have refillable soda. So all good. Portion due was enough to take extra home for another day.“

“Stopped in after a wonderful recommendation from my good friend, Garrett. I thought I was in Greece, then I met the family. What a pleasure. Smiles everywhere. The atmosphere, the food and the wine was tops but the service was the best. I think there was a handsome model named Christian was working that night. Not only was he handsome but delightful as well. My daughter and my wife insisted we return.“

“The restaurant is in a low traffic area and seems to do decent with takeout. I haven't seen anyone sit down yet each time I went. Restaurant looks pretty clean and full of space. The folk working here are pretty nice. Portion sizes are either lunch or dinner size for your platters. Even the lunch size is a good size portion enough for one person. The dinner size is enough for two people. When we ordered the lunch size for gyro, we had a choice of either a salad or a soup for the first side which is separate from the gyro and there is a second side that goes along with the gyro, so you can pick one of the following fries, rice, lemon potatoes or grilled vegetables. The container is filled about 80% full with grilled pita. When we ordered the dinner size for gyro, its the same as lunch but you can pick two of the sides that go along the gyro. This is effectively filling your container all the way to the top at 100% filled with grilled pita. Recently it appears they increased this to up to three sides, but I imagine they will just reduce the portion size of each side if you pick three but would still fill the container full. The Greek salad is good and the soups we tried were also good. The gyros and chicken souvlaki were on point.“

“The food was excellent! Had the Fried Calamari (but you can order grilled), and the Mediterranean Octopus salad. Both were good but we all really loved the octopus! We had the Mixed Grill which consists of lamb chop, pork chop, skirt steak and chicken. menu says "serves 2" but it easily fed 4, and I don't think I'll finish what I took home in one sitting! Also had the Mixed Grill Vegetable which goes well obviously with the protein dish. Had a Greek beer and a glass of Greek red wine. Very friendly service: the bartender, greeter, our waiter, all gave good vibes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“Husband & I were in the area & decided to stop in for lunch today & glad we did. I had the Lamb Gyro, came w/french fries & Beef Barley soup. Soup was delicious. Gyro had plenty of meat (lamb) w/lettuce, tomatoes & onions. All very fresh. Husband had Falafel which he said was absolutely delicious. We had a great lunch. The staff were very nice and attentive & restaurant was cheerful & clean. We will definitely be coming back to try their dinner next time. Highly recommend Opa Grille.“

“My wife and I have now dined in 5 different Limani locations and Limani Taverna is by far our favorite. Relative to service, cuisine, and ambience, they win hands down. From the shrimp, octopus, and eggplant appetizers to the sea bass and lamb shank, we are always satisfied. Tried the walnut cake for the first time last night, and it was perfect. The Santorini white wines remain our favorite as well. YGEIA!“

“A gem! This casual Greek restaurant fully delivered in flavors and service. We ordered the grilled calamari, chicken kabob dinner, chicken souvlaki sandwich, lemon chicken soup, Greek fries, and a side of sautéed spinach. Every item was fresh and flavored perfectly. “Omg Greek Cove in Long Beach is amazing! I had the most delicious lunch and wish I coulda shared it with you! I also took home a few incredible dishes. Angelo & Jimmy are AWESOME! “Last night I took my 95 yo dad with my family here, our Go-To Greek restaurant and as always we had another wonderful meal. The grilled octopus, coconut shrimp and the haloumi cheese were all delicious. I had the chicken santorini for the first time and it was amazing as it melted in my mouth. The food is always spot on and most of all we are treated like family. I would recommend "It's Greek to Me" without hesitation.“
