Dishes arrived to our table full and left empty, all sauces finished off by our kids who asked for more naan (who would have gladly used their fingers to sop up the rest if they had to!) The owners were very friendly and genuinely welcoming. Go!! If you’re in the mood for fresh Indian cuisine, complexity and tradition, this restaurant is a must.”

“Noticed the truck over by bear mountain and decided to stop for an empanada! I was pleasantly surprised!! The tequila quesadilla AND the empanada were ON POINT!! The line aioli sauce was so delicious I wish I asked for extra! The empanadas were cooked perfectly!!! Definitely recommend 5 out of 5!!”

“If you’re feeling adventurous with your taste palette, and open to having your ice cream served differently, then definitely come here and you won’t be disappointed. I had the mango spice (can’t remember the name) and it was delicious. Bough a homemade coconut ice popsicle for the wife and she loved. Daughter had the Oreo icy and loved it too. My little one tried to stay traditional with a chocolate ice cream cone but even that tasted like authentic Mexican hot chocolate!”

“I meant to leave a review the first I ate here, but forgot. Well, my white pizza was so good, I had to return for more. Customer service was great both times. The first time I walked in and the second time I called it in. I was very please with the phone order because the young man on the phone told me how much my order was if I was paying in cash or card (up charge for card). And the first time I went the person behind the counter had a conversation with me that I enjoyed. I will be back.”

“This is your standard frozen yogurt place . Very clean place. The toppings are fresh and don’t seem too dirty, there is also a lot of flavors to choose from. Nice sized shop with tables inside. The prices are affordable. There hours are very good, overall a nice experience for a convenient local frozen yogurt shop.”

Rice & peas + the stewed cabbage were also cooked well and tasty. Large portion will easily feed two people for a reasonable price. The older gentleman was lovely and provided great customer service. Really want to try the jerk pork next time!”

“always always happy with their BEC sandwiches. they only have a *tiny* amount of room for dining in, so it’s mostly/mainly a take-out/pick-up spot. food is always delicious though. if you commute or have a train trip or whatever then it makes way more sense to get food from here vs. the other nearby options (there’s a whole entire restaurant/bar at the actual old Peekskill station, but its a lil ‘foo-foo’. THIS spot which is right across the street has much better/more food options).their menu prices are very reasonable, and the food quality makes it totally worth it.”

“Just had another GREAT meal at the Westchester Diner in Peekskill NY 10566 today (Tuesday 7/02/2024). My wife had a bowl of Lentil soup (Huge & Tasty) and the Balsamic Chicken salad (Also Huge and very tasty). I ordered the Killarney lunch special (Pastrami & swiss cheese with ale house mustard on fresh rye bread, that came with french-fries, cole-slaw, pickles, and a very nice cup of melted Irish cheese. Both meals were terrific. Our Waiter was very nice and professional and went out of his way to make sure we got everything we needed. I was greeted by MILTON and felt very welcomed, as we walked in and were seated in a nice booth. The Diner was very clean, the decor was very well done, and the many TV's mounted on the walls is a very nice touch. On our way out, MILTON stopped us, asked how everything was, and thanked us for stopping in. I highly recommend taking the family out to eat at the family friendly, clean, and affordable WESTCHESTER DINER in Peekskill NY. The new Owners, the make-over of the Diner, the Staff, the service, the ambiance, and especially the FOOD are all worth it. You won't be disappointed!! My wife and I are very happy to leave this message, and we were not asked to do so. We do it from the heart and call it like we see/experience it. ENJOY!!!!!!”

My wife is from Peru and got to experience Ecuadorian food for the first time here and she loved it. I’ve been to Ecuador before and I can say that this is pretty delicious and authentic food.
