“Outstanding customer service at this location. Mgrs Chad and Tom helped meet my needs in an emergency when friends were displaced by fire and sent to a nearby hotel. They did everything needed to accommodate on short notice and help me get a meal of subs to the displaced family of 6. Chad even included a personal note wishing them well in getting through this difficult time. We were all super impressed and the family in need felt cared for. They thought the subs were delicious as well. Thank you!!!“

“Today was my first time visiting the new Jersey Mike’s establishment on Monroe Ave in Rochester NY. At the time we had arrived,there were only three employees behind the counter with a full line and lots of online orders coming in…however, the staff handled every customer with EXCEPTIONAL service as quickly as possible—while working together with such patience! and not to mention…the food was amazingly fresh, and delicious. I’ll definitely bring the family back soon! GREAT JOB!“

“Excellent hidden gem within the Eastman museum complex. We didn't plan to have lunch while we visited the museum but after reading the eclectic menu for this restaurant we couldn't resist trying it and we weren't disappointed. Had a chicken sandwich that was a daily special along with their house chips and a pickled egg. All of the food was outstanding and full of flavor. Also had a stuffed cookie which was delicious. Highly recommend this hidden gem.“

“I am embarrassed to say that I have never been in pita pit and they have been here in Rochester forever. I was pleasantly surprised to see such a nice CLEAN store! (Henrietta location) Everything shines in there! We recently ate inside at Chipotle nearby and NEVER AGAIN it was filthy. The food here is fresh and delicious and the service was speedy and friendly. “Again, this place was recommended by a friend from the area. When I walked in with a couple at the same time, they ordered with the cashier and I ordered at the kiosk. The kiosk was easy to manage. The staff wasn't friendly at all. No smiles or thank you. I also noticed some tables were dirty and an associate was in a booth watching something on her phone. I don't think she was on break because everything she had no customers she would do that.“

There runs a risk with subs, that the flavors are boring, or the sub is dry, or the company goes for the easy layup and saves money scrimping on say, pickles. DiBella's does none of these things - a 10 inch sub feels like more than I SHOULD eat in one sitting, and often makes two meals (except when I just keep eating, because it tastes good). Nice decor and friendly staff too, makes this my go to for subs.“

“I wish there were more locations. This is the only place I get subs. The roast beef is cooked fresh every day. The rolls are cooked fresh every day. The tuna isn't dry. They have fresh baked cookies that are the size of your face. You have to get your roll buttered and toasted. It really makes the sandwich better.“

“Love Charley's! They are my go to when eating at the mall. The lines can get pretty long at this location, but they do move quickly! Personally, I like to Mobil order when I eat here. The first time I did it was a bit confusing ad there is no exact pick up location, but now I know u pickup next to the registers. The food is super good, I always get the same thing which is the Chicken California with no lettuce. Super good! If you ever come here definitely try it!“

My first and all time favorite was Marks, right across the street, but I feel they have slipped over the last few years as have other big names in the area. “This was my first ever visit to Jersey Mike's. The restaurant was extremely clean. The choices of subs were impressive ?....many hot and cold varieties of subs. I got the turkey club with a rosemary parmesan roll ..mmmmm. The sandwich tech sliced all meat and cheese fresh for each sub (you can't get any fresher than that!) He was extremely upbeat, kind, efficient, and entertaining...very into his job. The "gigantic sub" was about 15-16 inches long!! Holy cow! However, the price was that of a large anywhere else. My sub was brimming full of deliciousness and fresh ingredients. They even have chopped cherry peppers ( which I tried for the 1st time and also loved) One of my favorite subs and sub restaurants ever now. You need to go to Ridge Road Jersey Mike's (just off St. Paul) in Rochester. Absolutely thee best!PS..they also have to "gigantic subs" for only $25 on game days! What?!!! You have to go today.Parking: Large plaza with plenty of parking and wheel chair accessible spots“
