The young woman that answered the phone and the young man who checked me out and gave me my order were professional and courteous. Mark's isn't trying to make the worlds best pizza. They make good pizza and other food at decent prices with good service.“

“Today was my first time visiting the new Jersey Mike’s establishment on Monroe Ave in Rochester NY. At the time we had arrived,there were only three employees behind the counter with a full line and lots of online orders coming in…however, the staff handled every customer with EXCEPTIONAL service as quickly as possible—while working together with such patience! and not to mention…the food was amazingly fresh, and delicious. However, it's still disappointing that Five Guys is still not offering any chicken sandwich options, grilled or crispy, when all of their major competitors have been doing so. Also, regardless of the fact that they really do use fresh ingredients, hand roll the burgers, and cut the potatoes into fries, Five Guys is way too expensive for the final product you get. Overall good but wish they had more menu options and had more reasonable prices.Vegetarian options: While they do offer vegetarian options, please know that everything is cooked on the same grill as the meat options.Dietary restrictions: Bun-less options available with the lettuce wrap alternative for gluten free option. However, everything is made in the same area as the gluten options.“

“This is my favorite Chipotle location. They have generous portions and everything is always accurate on pick up orders. In person the staff are always friendly and very quick and seem to have a great rapport with one another. The overall attitude seems positive and cheerful. A lot of taco bell locations ive been to have, but theyve been a trusted location for me. “This was my first ever visit to Jersey Mike's. The restaurant was extremely clean. The choices of subs were impressive ?....many hot and cold varieties of subs. I got the turkey club with a rosemary parmesan roll ..mmmmm. The sandwich tech sliced all meat and cheese fresh for each sub (you can't get any fresher than that!) He was extremely upbeat, kind, efficient, and entertaining...very into his job. The "gigantic sub" was about 15-16 inches long!! Holy cow! However, the price was that of a large anywhere else. My sub was brimming full of deliciousness and fresh ingredients. They even have chopped cherry peppers ( which I tried for the 1st time and also loved) One of my favorite subs and sub restaurants ever now. You need to go to Ridge Road Jersey Mike's (just off St. Paul) in Rochester. Absolutely thee best!PS..they also have to "gigantic subs" for only $25 on game days! What?!!! From the staff, to the cleanliness, to the speed and accuracy of orders, I've yet to find a single thing to nitpick about. Truly a top notch location!“

All of the food came up fast and was delicious.There was a man with a young boy (3 or 4 years old) in front of me, and they didn't have the sauce that the boy wanted with his nuggets. What blew me away is that the lady taking orders pulled the little boy aside and showed him the sauces they had, which is the single best showing of customer service I have ever seen at a Wendy's.“

The double cheeseburger was amazing with 2 different types of cheese, the fries are thicker cut than McDonald's fries & you get a bigger "large" order than McDonald's. Every time I go to McDonald's & order a "large" fry, it's always half full. What gives? Potatoes aren't expensive. The cola soft drink I had wasn't as sweet as McDonald's either. And to top it all off, it was less expensive than McDonald's! DQ is further away from me than McDonald's. But I'm happy to pass it by on my way to DQ again! One more note to add, the drive thru at DQ is better designed Thanks at the McDonald's I was going to. It doesn't block parking spots! “Love Charley's! They are my go to when eating at the mall. The lines can get pretty long at this location, but they do move quickly! Personally, I like to Mobil order when I eat here. The first time I did it was a bit confusing ad there is no exact pick up location, but now I know u pickup next to the registers. The food is super good, I always get the same thing which is the Chicken California with no lettuce. Super good! If you ever come here definitely try it!“
