It was very humiliating.Sophia was so kind and told me to take the food and enjoy. She said I owed her nothing.When I ran in late to pay her on Wednesday night, she told me I owed her nothing, and refused to take any money.I was moved to tears. “May family has been enjoying Rossi’s Italian food for the last 30 years. They’ve only gotten better! We always enjoy the food and service, regardless of the location we visit.Just a side note; one reviewer commented on the service, here’s what I’d like to say: there are very few that can produce the volume that Rossi’s does during holiday and daily, especially with their sandwich’s. There aren’t many quality establishments that can pump out 475 orders between noon and 6:00 on a given day. Have a little patience, for those of us that go there all the time, it’s always worth it!!!??“
“Just learned of this place and met a friend for lunch. Everyone I talked to said it was fantastic and I have to agree. The food was delicious and they were accommodating with my adding an item to my sandwich. My friend had a side salad which was huge and a bowl of soup. Both she said were delicious. This is a cafe where you stand in line to order your food , find a table and sit down, and they will bring it to you when it's ready. There tends to be a long line when you go in to order your food, but it does go fast. The people taking your order are friendly and listen well to what you are asking for. They ask the appropriate questions regarding what you can add to your food item and if you I'm not quite sure what you want, they're willing to offer suggestions. The food was delicious. And it was plentiful. Their French fries were some of the best I've tasted. I do not know what the seasoning is on them, but I recommend them. Not your ordinary run of the mill French fries. I will be back and I highly recommend this cafe.“

“took me while to order since man the menu is very large with many options, but was not rushed into ordering, so i finally settled on peach berry combo, small size, the counter guy did try to upsell for the larger for a dollar, but since it was first time trying here i wanted to keep the smaller size, the smoothie was yummy, got to say it was very fresh and refreshing in flavor and texture. have to come back to try the rolled ice cream and another drink on the 30+ item drink menu. :)“
