“Recently tried this place and was very happy. The owner and his staff were so friendly! I came in close to closing time looking to get some ramen. The owner said unfortunately we have run out for the day but if you have a few minutes to wait, I’ll make a fresh batch for you (and he was happy to do so)! Customer service was wonderful as I find not many places will do that for you. Food was great as well! Can’t wait to come back! :)“

“In all of these years, I was thrilled to make this stop finally. The menu is basic, with hot dogs and several toppings to pick. There's no doubt that in my upcoming visits, I'll mess around with the different options. Also, cold drinks are provided from water to soda, you name it. “We had the Grille Wagon cater our outdoor (110 person) wedding a couple weeks ago and I cannot rave enough on how wonderful the experience was! Joel and his staff were such a pleasure to have. We had some weather difficulties and they managed wonderfully. I am still receiving compliments on how friendly the staff were! The food, AMAZING!! The passed appetizers were a huge hit and dinner was just as much of a hit! Many guests have reached back out wondering who the caterer is, of course passed the info along and told them to keep a look out for his magnificent food truck at local events!“

“I have yet to come to a place where they beat Carole's and Lynn's chili dogs. No its not just Hormell's chili. Its a delicate chili sauce made from Carole' herself passed on to her daughter. I will never buy any hot dogs from any other vendor. Love this place and recommend to all!“

“My wife and I had Flores cater our wedding in October. We had the best food experience with the Flores team. We absolutely feel in love with the menu at our tasting and the food at our wedding was cooked to perfection. We got married at Locust Grove, which has a full kitchen setup.Our guest raved about the food for weeks! (We’re still hearing about it from friends and family). The beef tenderloin was fantastic, our guests raved about how perfect it was cooked, a true feat especially when prepared in mass (150 guests). Everyone loved the chicken empanadas, the mojo chicken, the charcuterie cones, and the tuna tartar. We opted for a vegetarian pállela for our vegan/vegetarian friends and it was a hit. The deal was sealed when everyone lined up for seconds of dessert, Flan and Ice Cream.The staff was also exceptional and we want to shout out Melissa and Danielle for making it the best day of our lives. Thank you Austin for making it the best meal for us and our guests. We highly recommend going with Flores for your wedding our other events.“
