Customer service here is lackluster. Firstly, when I walked in, I was greeted to an empty counter. After 5 minutes or so of fiddling on my phone, I looked up to find one of the employees just standing there not making a sound. One would think he would say “Welcome to Papa Johns. The website did not allowed me to order, so I called and then arrange a pickup. When I got there I paid and then had to wait. Otherwise it was good, I mean the pizza was good. The gentleman gave an extra pie, I guess he realized that I had some trouble but I'm telling you the pizza was good

This place is my go to pizza place in the neighborhood. Order comes out pretty fast , most of the order gets a bit messed up but employees try their best to solve the problem . Not the greatest Papajohns but this one is above average.
