I love ordered brackfast here.This is the only McDonald's you can get a fresh hot hash brown (it's hot no joke) which i love. Stuff here is friendly, treat customer nice. they take care the food perfectly.
I’ve been going here for years and over time this place just got worse. I ordered a sandwich from them one time. The bread is covered in mold. My iced coffee is never made correctly. And they always forget something. But don’t even bother trying to fix your order, they just ignore you and give an attitude. The staff is just so rude and just awful

Each time I enter this location in Hollis, there are NEVER any hand sanitizers in the 3 or 4 dispensers in the lobby area. This is disgraceful. So many customers touch the door handles and ordering screens all day and night plus Door Dash/.Uber eats delv ppl. This is a food place and there should be ample amount in dispensers at ALL times. Refill should be done in a daily basis. Why you have them if they are always empty?? Just for a show!! Ridiculous!!
