“Cute cozy spot for brunch with a couple of tables inside and outside! Remember to bring cash, as it's cash only! Both sweet and savory menu options sound sooo good with many sandwich/wrap options and of course, pancakes! We really enjoyed the Blue Belly which were light, fluffy pancakes with blueberry compote. The farmers plate was also great, especially the home fries!“
“Very nice! The food was wonderful. Tasty and delicious. The udon was perfectly soft and chewy and the broth was salty but not too salty. Takoyaki was top tier. Smoky and sweet. Soft not soggy but creamy in the middle. Tempura was heavily breaded but crunchy. Don’t expect a lot of shrimp but that’s a tempura thing. It’s not like breaded shrimp you get in a Western-style restaurant. Never the less… really tasty. The mushroom skewers! Woah. Not greasy which is what I was a bit worried about. I normally eat very light and non-oily, but this was fine on my stomach. The sauce was rich and the mushroom was crispy so perfect balance. Also! Not spicy.Sour dough was not too sour and not overly buttered. The mushroom on top was VERY salty however the egg was mild and did not seem to be seasoned with much other than cracked pepper so it balanced well. The salad portion it came w ought to be slightly more. Those soufflé pancakes! Wonderful! Pls order this. Pricy, yes… maybe but the cream is not Reddi whip or cool whip. Fresh and sweet. Creamy but not sad and milky. The fruit on top= fresh. The pancakes are eggy so if u hate eggy cake don’t order but I loved it! It was delectably soft but not wet. Not notably syruped or sauced but this worked in the cake's favor in my opinion.Service-The server was perfectly attentive. I did not feel like I was overly watched which is nice. She was very polite and sweet. Food was served rather quickly and was perfectly warm… and a very pretty presentation.Atmosphere-Adorable. Beautiful. Yet not “too fancy” the music was light indie sounding trendy like stuff. Sometimes, not my favorite but not too disturbing.I really liked it! ?Instagram= _em316“
“Bad: The Nutella stuffed French toast served is NOT what was advertised. Honestly, there was barely any Nutella in the filling let alone outside. It’s extremely misleading..Good: Astoria provisions has a bright and lively space in the heart of Astoria. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. I highly recommend both the JP burger and the grilled chicken sandwich.“
“The lunch was delicious, for me, and for my husband, but best of all, the atmosphere was friendly, and, accommodating. The owner, Lorenzo, was congenial, and most helpful, in aiding us, to choose menu items.I ordered the veggie omelette, with mushrooms, and spinach, and a pineapple/ banana smoothie. Both were very satisfying. My husband had the burrito bowl, with rice and beans, and he ordered guacamole as well. All, very good.We both shared a bowl of delicious, thick lentil soup.I recommend this clean, openly welcoming restaurant , which has fresh food,, and a gracious attitude.Dietary restrictions: We are vegetarians, and I cannot eat very spicy foods, or green/red peppers.Parking: Ample parking spaces.“
“Service was kind of slow as we got there as soon as they opened no “Biggie” lol anyway food was phenomenal my lady and I had the fish shrimp and grits with the dussè berry cocktail everything was fresh hot and very flavorful some of the best shrimp and grits I’ve had.“
“Went here on a random weekday with a friend and was warmly greeted by one of the co-owners. The place is super cute, covered in pink with tropical vibes. The food and drinks were soooo good! We never felt rushed, which allowed us to relax and chill. Will definitely return!“
“Very cute ambience. They have an outside patio for warmer weather. The table I sat was formed of a grandfather circular clock. The food was good and prices were decent. They do have a membership program which gives discounted prices for members (a dollar or two dollars off).“
