Dunkin' Donuts in Queens

“I’ve been coming here for months because I have a good friend that lives in the area and the donuts 🍩 are ALWAYS , ALWAYS, always fresh! Never crumbly or stale , and not even a hit or miss like most Dunkin locations. Just soft , fresh and delicious, even in the middle of the day! And always a clean and appealing presentation of the donuts! Come see for yourself!“

“Dunkin' is a great place to grab a quick breakfast or coffee on the go. The menu offers a variety of options, including delicious donuts, sandwiches, and of course, a wide selection of coffee and espresso drinks. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast, making it a convenient stop for a quick bite. I especially love their seasonal flavors and promotions. The prices are also reasonable, making it an affordable option for a daily coffee fix. Overall, Dunkin' is a great choice for a quick and satisfying breakfast or pick-me-up.“

“This Dunkin Donut location stands out from the rest, and the reason is simple - the manager, Lipi and her staff. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a smile and treated like a regular, even if it's your first visit. Lipi brings such a warm, welcoming energy to the whole store, and the staff reflects that. Every interaction feels genuine and kind. It's not just about getting your coffee - it's about feeling appreciated as a customer. This is exactly what great service looks like. Easily my go-to Dunkin. Highly recommend!“

“I used to work near this location but not anymore so I was a regular for years but I do go to this location when I can because the customer service is great. My order’s were almost never wrong and if there ever was a discrepancy it was made right and there was never an issue trying to explain what was wrong. I can’t recall the managers name but he was always above and beyond. On several occasions he told me if my order was wrong he’ll make it right no problem. The workers always took the time to say hello to me and like I said I never had to worry about things being made wrong. Keep up the great work, customer service and accountability are lost arts these days.“

“Good staff but needs more people working there. For the times i have been in here there is mostly only 2 people working. This is a busy location so it needs more people working. Also, there supplies run low so they get sold put on certain things really fast.It is usually clean.“

“Listen. I never ever make reviews about like, fast food places. I go to dunkin every day. THIS dunkin… the drink has been made heavenly. Every time. No idea why. But every single time it’s on point. Enough I’m sitting here writing a review about it.“

“$3 more than a regular Dunkin. You also can't order via app. But the latte I got was good.

Directions to get there: departures by D near Turkish airlines, walkthrough until you see the elevator where it says food court. The Dunkin is in the food court.

You can also take the escalators from both sides.“
