Edwin, the owner of this location, reached out to me after seeing my complaint and wanted to get more insight into the situation as well as offer me a free drink. I decided to go back today and get the same (wintermelon green milk tea with bubble, 50% sugar). This one is by far wayyyy better than the last experience and the bubbles are actually very soft and chewy just how I like it.
