I tried this place out recently and liked the food but they charged me extra for pork chops without telling me it’s extra even though all turkey food is laid out in the same place, then charged me extra for sitting down to eat- took about 7 minutes? Total extra fees came out to $5 so the $9 lunch special was $14+So don’t dine in and ask if your food costs extra!
This is a Dominican restaurant that has home cooked style food. It is newer place that opened earlier this year. It is a cozy place with just a handful of tables. They sell pretty much any plate that you can think of. Stewed meat, mofongo, mondongo, pork chops, roast chicken, and much more with your choice of rice and beans or plantains of course. Delicious food and you get generous portions. I have been going here since they opened and food quality has not waned. Staff is friendly and helpful. Home cooked meals that always satisfies!
