Food is really good. Service is really slow. On multiple occasions had to wait much longer than the time I requested pick up or stated by staff. Add 15 minutes to whatever time you request or they tell you and you will be fine.
We have only ever had one dish at the Main St Scottsville location that has been wrong. When it was brought to our servers' attention, we were comped for the meal and offered something different if we chose to have that. There's only one server that we refuse to have, and it's because of her attitude. The rest of the staff are awesome, and we recommend this place all the time.

Yes, its a Sunday.... Ordered at 4:30, live in 1 mile radius. Paid my $6.75 delivery service charge AND delivery driver tip. Called at 5:49 for delivery update, told it was OTW. Called again at 6:12, told they just finished my order and waiting for the driver to come back and pick it up. FINALLY delivered at 6:21. It's cold. Probably last time ordering from this location
