“Such a great addition to downtown White Plains! Went there for salads today and they were amazing. Fresh ingredients, great combo and choices and dressing with so good (sweet and smoky chipotle). Selection of smoothies and bowls also look good. Interior is clean and bright with some seating. Prices are reasonable compared to similar places. Staff was friendly. Definitely our new go to salad place and so convenient!“

I like how you can watch her make the smoothies/bowls. Flavor was great.Con: Nothing to do with the juice place itself but I believe it is a chicken spot next to it. The milk tea with boba and jelly grass was so good that....we purposely returned and ordered the same drink the next day (on our way back home to Boston after visiting U of MD). Ironically I didn’t pay attention when park and went into the Prince. Saw the menu, looked just as good and settled on the Chicken Shwarma bowl. What a great bowl! Gave my taste buds a treat and the portion was good for the price. Will definitely stop again on a future ride home.“

“I decided to stop here with my boyfriend after scouting the area for cute cafes serving fresh food with healthy options. We ended up at Granola Bar and enjoyed a wonderful lunch with our server Alex who was very accommodating and friendly. My boyfriend had the French toast that was so good he ate it right away and we didn't even get a picture of it. I opted for the avocado toast with smoked salmon and the ricotta toast. Both were incredibly fresh, light and delicious! We finished with a latte which was finely crafted with an adorable bear! You can't go wrong with the cookies and cream flavor if you're new here but coconut and passion fruit are probably my favorites. I chose United Special, my husband got something with lemon pepper chicken and it was sooo good! Every ingredient was fresh and high quality - especially loved the variety of cheeses. Guess what? They haven’t updated the website in months, don’t plan to and they have no sugar free options.PLEASE SELL THIS LOCATION BACK TO THE ORIGINAL OWNERS. THEY HAD THE STORE RUNNING BEAUTIFUL. YOU GUYS ARE WRECKING IT.This place used to be incredible until they were sold to new owners that have very little idea how to run a 16 Handles. We just wasted a good 45 minutes running around picking people up, only to find out that there was no sugar-free yogurt which every 16 Handles has at least one of. There are certain standards that 16 Handles has in their franchise agreement and these guys are clueless. Please sell the store back to the old owners and restore the great frozen yogurt experience that used to be here. The one extra star is here because the one guy behind the counter is genuinely nice.“

With the Pink Cup I ordered, I was satisfied with the Pistachio flavored ice cream with my favorite toppings. The lovely cashiers welcomed me to the store and made me feel valued in the place. The Pistachio was delicious, and the bubble toppings with the strawberry slices were both nutritious and delicious. With a few people lounging in the peaceful environment, I enjoyed my stay, catching up with my organization discussing our logo to be used in New York City.“

Sure enough, they are back and even better, under the original ownership. We just got our Italian combo fix today. One of the best in Westchester County. It's more diner style now but of course they still offer take out and delivery. Stop by and give them a try!“

I appreciate being able to customize my order on the app and whenever there is an issue (which doesn’t happen often) they are happy to remedy the situation to ensure we are happy with our order. The açaí bowls are a great light lunch/snack while on the go and tide us over. We also love grabbing them for breakfast on weekdays.“
