“Valentine's Day was our first time eating here. We were blown away. The upstairs dining room was the perfect atmosphere for the night. Service was stellar. The drink specials were awesome. We had the calamari to start and then the braised short ribs for me and the ravioli for my girlfriend. We capped it off with after dinner drinks and desserts. We had a great time and it was well worth the price! We will be back!“
“John at Stone Pony was exceptional! He catered all of our food over the weekend for our retreat. He was always on time with a smile on his face. Super professional and the food was amazing. We had several allergies and dietary restrictions and he accommodated everything. We will definitely be using Stone Pony again if we are ever in the Catskills!“
“One of my favorite places to have breakfast on a Saturday morning is The Hudson Valley Dessert Co. Connie and everyone at the bakery always put love into everything they make! This morning I got an egg and Asiago sandwich with avocado and homemade sausage that they make there! It was (and always is,) delicious! I got a cup of hazelnut hot chocolate to have with it!(Please forgive the half-a-sandwich photo. I was so ready to eat it, I forgot to take a photo of the whole sandwich. ?)Kid-friendliness: The staff are so sweet and very interactive with not just my son, but all the other kids who come in as well! “Was visiting saugerties for the weekend and was craving a burger. I'm so glad I found this place! Jerry the bartender was beyond attentive and friendly. The burger and fried cauliflower were so good! This is definitely a local type place but that is probably why I liked it to so much“
“A celiacs dream. My poor bf has not been able to eat out at a decent place in years since his celiac diagnosis. Definitely order the fries, personally I think they're the star of the show, Bf ate three orders of them. Burger is pretty good, worth the buy.“
“We were passing by and saw this place; the burger was delicious, the beer and the cider were also really good. We ordered the blueberries cheese cake and it was the best cheesecake I have ever had, not too sweet and with real fresh blueberries. We will come back guys, we are happy to find a new place in this area. The music was really good too.“
“Sue’s accommodated our club dinner and although the service was a bit slow, everything came out on point and delicious. I had a fantastic Cobb salad and munched away with superbly grilled chicken and the eggs were unbelievable…didn’t know food could be so excitable especially since they make their own pasta! “Brine Barrel is my exact favorite kind of shop. Most places try to offer a million and a half different things and do most of them okay.Not Brine Barrel. He does like 10 things, and they are all fantastic.The pickles will absolutely destroy anything mass produced. You don't know what you are missing until you have had hand made small batch.The pepper shooters are absolutely must-try. An explosion of savory salty flavors.The sandwiches are good quality, and really well thought out on how much of each ingredient they have. He cuts the more expensive cured meats thick which makes a huge difference to the texture.The place is great. Give it a shot.“

“Looks like a typical diner, a bit outdated, with the typical diner menu that's like a novel. The bathrooms were clean and the server was very chill. Food was very good, above expectations. Prices were reasonable. Lots of locals, as everyone that walked in knew each other and the servers.“

The seating is spacious, with other outdoor areas & indoor seating at table or bar. Portions are generous, great menu & staff attentive. First time guest & hope to return next time in the area. Prices are reasonable with ample parking as well.“
“Stopped for a nightcap (tube steak, hot dog, glizzy, bologna sticks, etc.) and let me tell you! This unassuming little cherub of a meat snack for a trifling $2.75 was worth it and more. Inside is clean and the staff are almost aggressively friendly. Highly recommend.“

“Really good food, the octopus was probably the best I've had. I had the braised beef my wife the salmon. So very good. Service was great and a very attractive and rustic restaurant. We did get a voucher for 2 glasses of wine for staying at Diamond Mills making it a very affordable high class dinner. The exec chef delivered our appetizer and spent a few minutes speaking about the establishment.“
“Awesome place! Only been once, but the food was amazing and dessert was to die for. Debbie was our waitress and she was so great, we had a big group and she was super accommodating. Couldn't recommend more!Vegetarian options: Not many, but they're all clearly marked (and our server helped us out a lot in figuring out what substitutions we could make).“
“This was our second visit to Miss Lucy's. We were here in 2021 , too. We had the PLT which was like a BLT but with pork belly. It had a nice sauce on it. We had it with fries. We share the same with a bowl of tomato bisque. It was creamy and tasty. Don't miss it if you like tomato bisque. The homemade lemonade complements it will. We ended with sharing mocha crème d'pot. The creamy top was awesome for both of us. I am not a fan of coffee so I didn't eat the bottom portion of the dessert. The service was good and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting.“
