“Had a really nice meal at this "new" Titos. What a revelation after the previous incarnation, which was, frankly, awful. The food was freshly and properly prepared. What a delight to taste the tomatoes and chiles in the sauces. Not very hot spice wise, at least our two meals, but there's always hot sauce to add. And the chopped lettuce, tomatoes and guacamole served separately were an unexpected delight.Margaritas were also fresh and yummy (and extremely generous) albiet kind of weak. But the best part might have been the service. Staff was warm, welcoming and pleasantly professional, making you feel like they appreciated your being there. Will definately be returning!“

“Loved the food, and I loved that there were multiple vegetarian options available. I ordered a burrito bowl with tofu and my husband got a burrito. As a first time visitor to the restaurant, my only suggestion to the staff would be to go through all the steps proactively (i.e. asking if I want sauce on my burrito bowl - they skipped this and I had to ask for it later), and to also point out things (I didn't receive salsa with my chips and had to ask about it, turns out there is a separate self-serve salsa station.Perhaps they are used to serving customers who are familiar with the chain, but since I had never been before that would have brought service levels up to a 5 star.Vegetarian options: Tofu was available as an option (which was a nice change from places that only offer vegetables as a vegetarian option).“

“The team that was working on Wednesday, January 31st was wonderful. They were busy but worked very well together. The man in charge, with a black hat and some facial hair, greeted everyone at the door as soon as you walked in. It was refreshing to get that type of customer service in a Fast Casual restaurant. Food was great and keep up the excellent customer service!“

“We came on a Saturday night and were seated within 5 minutes. Signs on the front door directed us to enter through a side door. It looks like in warmer weather they have seating outside which looks fun! The staff was friendly and the restaurant was fun, busy and we enjoyed the live music. The kids loved the chicken fingers and fries and the black bean soup. The Birria quesadilla was crispy and I liked the flavor. I didn't actually care for the Birria sauce (tasted like it had cinnamon in it) so I was glad they brought that on the side. We liked the tacos, too. I would pass on the Elote bites, they were too sweet with too much breading. The chips and salsa were good but overpriced. Overall would recommend.“
