“Every good service and great food“

“This place was great! Had a party to attend there, the food came out family style, appetizers were crispy and fresh, Caesar Salad, Fried Calamari, Mozzarella sticks, baked clams, fried Zucchini. Then lunch choices, Shrimp Scampi, Eggplant Rollatini & Chicken Piccata. Everything brought out was so delicious and well done, the pasta was not overcooked, the sauce was savory. I would recommend this place to anyone who was looking for a delicious meal at reasonable price!“

“Once you go to orto, you’ll keep coming back. From the bread pairings, the four course prefix.. everything tastes fresh and absolutely amazing. You can taste the care they put into their food. “I can not believe that this restaurant has been here on Main Street in Port Jefferson Village for over 20 years and I never ate there!!! This is my new Favorite place to eat. The food was exceptional and good size portions. The pita bread they put out on the table was so delicious I could have made that my meal. The service was extremely attentive and so personable. “This place is like the Authentic Freshly Made Vegetarian Italian Food Restaurant with Amazing service, it’s like ticking off your bucket list to eat this kind of Delicious Vegetarian Italian Food. We Linguine Primavera with Arrabbiata Sauce, specially made vegetarian for us and Burrata Salad with grilled Vegetables also made vegetarian just for us. These two were made to order and were not on the menu. So whenever you visit you must ask for vegetarian options and the servers will not only recommend you the best but also have it made to your taste.“

“Picked up Three pies two hero’s the price is great. we ordered three different types deep dish. Thin. Crust and regular pie with meatballs five stars the meat balls really made the pie.“

“First time at Linda's & was greeted right away. I had margarita slice which was very good. My husband had a square slice which he said was good. The regular slices didnt look appetizing at all but maybe everyone else ordered a specialty slice so they were out there too long? I choose my slice by the look of freshness. Limited inside seating. There are tables/benches across the street with beautiful views but it was pretty windy so we sat inside. There is a variety of food if you dont want pizza. We will come back again and maybe try a panini or a salad? They also have fish & soup if you dont want pizza“

“A hidden gem in an unlikely spot. The atmosphere was relaxing and calming. Not what I was expecting to see from the outside but once you enter you're transported to a new world. The staff was very friendly and our waitress was so kind. She was attentive, kind, and made sure we were taken care of..... But the food......" amazing". Very flavorful and mouth watering. Meatballs were a hit and the desserts are a must at the end. The drinks were made perfectly. You will be spending a little more than usual but it is so worth it.“

“We frequently eat at Ciros - the food is always delicious and prepared perfectly. Whenever possible we request Bennie as our server. Although Bennie was our server this past weekend - his as usual perfect service could not offset having possibly the worst table in the restaurant!!!!!!. Our party of four was seated in the doorway from the restaurant to the bar. On the other side of the doorway it was a table for 2 which is what our table should have been. My husband had to squeeze into the table and he is a small person. This reservation was made well in advance and not only repeat customers as ourselves but any party of four should have never been seated there. The constant being bumped into and the bus help reaching across our faces because they could not get around the table was pretty horrible and distracting.“

“Met some friends here on a Wednesday night. Our first time here and it won't be my last. First impression was very nice atmosphere when we walked in. Service was tremendous. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly and throughout our dinner multiple people had come around asking if anything was needed including the manager a few times. Food was excellent. A variety basket of fresh breads was set down and we started and shared the calamari which was flavorful and seemed perfectly cooked. Wasn't squishy or rubbery which would be the adjectives I'd use at some other places. I can't remember the name of the dish I had but it included house-made pasta, diced chicken and brown sauce. It was delicious. I'll be coming back with my wife and daughter very soon.“

“Saw this cute cafe from the outside a few weeks back, decided to go tonight with mom and it turned out to be a wonderful restaurant, with so many delicious dish choices and specials! Parking was easy and they were absolutely great in making sure we had the most suitable “accessible” table (thank you Scott!) The margarita pizza and the vodka pie are both great.I was prompted to review with 5 stars because i ordered a ginger ale, and they didnt have any. Not only did they read the order instructions and replace it with a sprite, they also left an apology note on my drink! They not only have stellar food, but they clearly have great people working for them too.“

“Our family had a private 16th birthday for my daughter at Elaine’s. From the moment I called to book the event, we had great customer service. The food was delicious. The salmon was so good, that we were talking about how to make it the same at home. The pasta was fresh and home made. “Recently visited with friends for lunch. Table service was excellent with server explaining the specials along with recommendations on the basic menu items. Dining area was clean and overall ambiance simple but appealing. Ordered the chicken roll which they specifically cooked for me and a vegetable which were cooked to perfection. Overall service was great. Server checked up on us multiple times and we felt right at home, not rushed at all. Restaurant located on the main road but entrance and parking are behind the strip center off Hawkins.“

“Happened upon this restaurant while visiting Port Jefferson. And glad we did. Got here early enough that we could get a table right away. Steve took great care of us without being overbearing. We started off with the stuffed mushrooms, which were so freaking good. For main course my husband got the Chicken & Sausage Scarpiello, and I had the Veal Scallopini - both were delicious. We finished off sharing the Rainbow Cookie Cheesecake. This exceeded my expectations. Everything was so good that my husband wants to go back tomorrow!“

“I'm a truck driver, me and my wife, we were delivering nearby. This place came highly recommended for my last stop on Long Island. Ended up being far far better than I expected. Tough to find good Italian authentic food these days. From the minute I walked in the door so accommodating, The food was to die for, definitely not finishing an entree. I got one of the small entrees and I couldn't finish half of it. Excellent food, excellent service, and very very relaxing atmosphere. Just a good meal all the way around at " La famiglia"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“We had our food catered by Giorgio’s this past weekend and it was AMAZING! Steve is very nice and worked well with us adjusting some things on the menu to fit our needs very accommodating! I would strongly urge anyone coming here to make a reservation as this is a very popular restaurant. Once we were seated, the server came right over and took our drink order and went through the specials. We had appetizers, salads and then our dinner. The food was fresh, hot and delicious with very generous portions. Even the desserts were fantastic. Our water and beverage glasses were kept filled and we did not have to wait for anything. “My daughter and I used to be regulars in this pizzeria. They offer a dish I have found nowhere else I've ever eaten. So I just so happen to look them up on here. All the food is great but the Chicken mona Lisa steals the show. My hours used to be crazy but the family would allow my daughter and I to dine while they were cleaning up and technically closed for the day. My daughter is now 24 and has a son of her own but we still reminisce about the good times in this establishment. The family atmosphere was as 2nd to none. “We were a party of six to celebrate my Mother's 87th birthday. Rico our server was terrific, very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious...excellent stuffed pork chop and shrimp and scallop specials were a huge hit. Another plus...we weren't rushed, in fact, we were given all the time that we needed. The front parking lot is rather small, but they provide valet service, which makes arriving and leaving a breeze. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. There is a 3% up charge for credit cards, so if that bothers you, bring cash. Bottom line, you will enjoy yourselves, the food, and the service. Enjoy!“

Trio deserves 10 ⭐'s for both.This restaurant handles two types of food service, restaurant seating and catering for small to large parties. I've now experienced both. My most recent was a repast after a funeral. When everyone is emotional, the last thing the family needs is problems with the food service. Well, in our case, more people showed up than were originally expected. The staff at Trio didn't miss a beat. They set up additional tables in a flash and quickly had the tables set. We had buffet style dining and the selection was outstanding, with something for everyone. From soup to nuts, everything was delicious. They had fish, beef, vegetarian selections and even offered coffee and dessert. (by the way, if I had known how good the desserts would've been, I might have eaten a little less dinner.)The service is impeccable, everything is clean and fresh, the linens and tablecloths were spotless.I'd like to add that Trio is on the grounds of the Holbrook Country Club. You can grab lunch and drinks after you play, just show up and they accommodate parties of all sizes. You won't be disappointed!“

“They make the best Sicilian pie. At least they did several years ago. Thick and AIRY puffy crust the way it should be. When you bite it, it is crispy and not rubbery. And they don't BURN their pies. If people want their pizza brown, they should heat it back up in their ovens at home. A quality and proper pizza is LIGHT BAKED. Mootzarella (mozzarella) should remain WHITE after baking and just melted. No brown on the cheese. That is how you do it. I'm Sicilian so don't bother telling me otherwise.“
