“i actually like this subway shop cause they have my favorite applepies and the gal behind the counter is not afraid to pile the grade c cold cuts inside the bread . been here a few times and i have not complaints, place is clean , place is run well and they always have deals going on . a footlong grilled chicken on multi gran bread with the works, large fountain soda , bag of multi grain chips and one apple pie all for under 20 bucks , i really cant ask for much more as i am satisfied. 4 stars on my yelp meter. Sunnyside ny is a cool place to visit.“

“The line for this place can get pretty long on the weekend, but that's because the bagels are very good! I even brought some for my friend when I visited him in Vegas this past weekend and he really enjoyed it! I've had their classic bagel with lox and I definitely enjoyed it and would love to go again. The space is a little small, but if you go early enough, you can definitely get a seat. If not and it's a sunny day, mccarren park is right down the street where there are many benches or even the park house.“

“This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they're doing and what they're talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is stunning!! Some italian classics and some twists, amazing wines and for their prices it's 100% worth it. Love this place and I can't wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in NYC.“

“WOW…I never ordered from this Deli before and on April 26th (the food was THAT GOOD I still remember the date)I ordered a Chicken Salad Sandwich (Hero) with a request for Mustard on it. They did not disappoint!!! Not only was there Mustard but having not told them how much they put the PERFECT amount so it didn’t overpower the flavor of the Chicken Salad. The Chicken Salad itself was AWESOME and a generous amount. Topped off with the Lettuce and Tomato it was a dream! THIS is the ONLY place, going forward, that I will order this type of Hero!!! THANK YOU for the experience.“

“The açaí bowls remind me of how açaí should taste and how it used to taste before it became overly commercialized. The staff is always friendly. The space is very clean. The paninis are so good! When I work in Manhattan, I miss my Astoria location. I'm glad they moved in.“

“The sandwiches are ginormous! The cold cuts and cheeses are sliced fresh for each sandwich. Sure they cost ~$20 but they are a foot long and really dense jam packed with filling and assuredly tasty always. They are really two sandwiches in one, (or even 3 if you have a small appetite), so it's great value. My favorite, the broccoli rabe is really something special. A perfect mix of oily garlicky, vaguely bitter and satisfyingly spicy. It really heightens the chicken cutlet fresh mozzarella broccoli rabe sandwich. Three layers of cutlets in this sandwich to boot! There is a reason this Italian specialty store has been open since 1900. You simply cannot go wrong with old school quality. Note to bring cash for payment.“

“This is my absolute favorite banh mi spot! You can order any time of the day and the bread will still be just as fresh and crispy. I've never tried banh mi like this anywhere before. The number 1 is my go-to and is so compact with flavors. You definitely can't go wrong with anything here! I always pair my banh mi from here with an iced milk tea. This is a small local shop in Brooklyn and is a must visit if you're around town.“

“If we could give more than 5 stars we would! The man was super good at what he does and you can tell. Although he had limited options when we were there, he still made sure we were able to get something close to what we originally wanted. All the sandwiches were really good, flavorful, and had lots of meat. Two thumbs up and 5 stars!“

“Don’t let the outside fool you, always walked past but the inside has a whole different atmosphere. It’s rather lovely and reminds me of France/Italy, fresh flowers and staff is amazing! Not to mention how amazing the food is! Some of the best food in Astoria, heaven for vegetarians. I’m not even vegetarian and the Charred broccoli panini is one of the best things and I’m not even vegetarian. Must try in Astoria“

“Haven't been here in ages. Came from Florida to hit my old stomping grounds that I ate at. Had the Gargiulo burger al the way dipped. It brought back memories, and it beats Florida similarities hands down. The service was excellent, just like I remembered it from the past. The only thing that changed was the neighborhood. I will still recommend it to everyone that likes excellent roast beef sandwiches. Keep it going!“

“A NYC institution. We wanted to experience the Jewish diner atmosphere in the movies and we felt all of that here. We got the egg cream, matzo ball, the lil shonda and chopped liver with beef sandwiches. They all tasted great the lil shonda was a bit burned but we cut those parts out. Egg cream we tried for the 1st time and really liked it. Now the cons: it's a lil pricey (but it's Manhattan) and if you don't get there early in the morning you will have to wait in line for a spot on the counter. The table doesn't open until 9am. Overall would recommend if you can make it early.“

“I'm from Philly, and I finally found a Hoboken sandwich shop that measures up- heard the good reviews of this place and they are true!! No menu & the crowd of people seemed intimidating, but the workers are all very nice and tell you the days specials, or offer suggestions on what to put on your sandwich. I got a chicken cutlet, mozz, basalmic and roasted red peppers and I definitely will be back here to try more! Only wish I got the full size instead of half so I could have left overs“

“I've been coming here for many yrs, I'm a semi regular and it's always a pleasure coming in. From Felicia being amazing and always having a positive attitude to my service and food always being great, this is def the best Subway I've been to, especially after the renovations. The woman with the braided bun was the star of the show today for making an early release of the footlong sidekicks to me (thanks to management too) I got the churro and cookie one and it's so good, def recommend trying.“

“Came with 2 friends.Sandwiches and fries are great!Staff service is amazing. Guy gave us sanitizing wipes and extra napkins when he saw that we ran out.How would i describe the food? The fries r like mcdonalds fries but crispier and seasoned well. The no fork sandwich is like a largeeee costco hotdog with a toasted, really soft and light bun. Bread isnt too filling; perfect for a light lunch. The meat/cheese interior was supreme though“
“This is my favorite neighborhood lunch/breakfast spot for takeout. I pick up or order from here multiple times a week, and have never had a complaint. The food is excellent, the service is fast, and the employees are friendly and really part of the community in Downtown JC. Their breakfast sandwiches are some of the best around, and for lunch their salads and sandwiches have great portions and options. They even have some tables for eat-in if you need! I'd eat here daily if I could lol“

“If you're a sandwich lover like I am, you're in for some solid sammies at this spot. High quality ingredients, healthy, and super satisfying meals. Their sides are really great, too. It's a tiny lunch place with a few tables and chairs but it looks like most people order to-go. Anywho, go get yourself a sandwich here. You won't be disappointed“

“It was such a refreshing change of pace to break away from the familiar chain restaurants that we can find anywhere and instead, experience what the locals do. Every morning, we made it a point to visit this charming spot for breakfast. The atmosphere was so cool and the food was simply delicious. And then, on our very last day of the trip, I was blown away by the amazing cheesesteak I had. Oh my God, it was incredible! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable dining experience. It's the perfect way to fully immerse yourself in the local culture and flavors.“
