“I love this place. Small menu but good food, the drink selection covers all the bases, and the service is great. Has a TV to watch the game on, a newer online dartboard, and a solid pool table. If you're friends with the Muppets, there is a full set of rock instruments that you can jam out on like Jake. If SGT BW is there, remind min his wife is better than him at darts.“
“I fear leaving this review because I don't want the place ruined I loved it so much. Step back in time without all the pretension to a classic hometown bar. The owner Greg was bartending and filled us in on the history of the place having closed in the 80s until he opened up in the 2000s. There's no having to pretend to be old timey, the vinyl on the bar, the stools, and the walls covered in Utica Club and Schlitz is authentic to the place. We went for the Tom & Jerry's and I have to say they are one of the best in town, unlike a lot of places though they aren't pushing out big batches of the batter so you want to get there early to make sure you don't miss out! They serve them until new years. We weren't there long before the friendly patrons offered to get us a shot, everyone was so inviting and made us feel so welcome. Greg too. We plan to make it a regular stop even outside Tom and Jerry season!“
“Fun place , met a guy named Hammer there ... he seems to be the mascot of the bar. Hammer turned out to be a funny guy who really like to talk about pro wrestling , and he even got in a friendly but heated debate with a patron about Hulk Hogan vs John Cena ...Would have stayed longer but there was NO food available .“
“Six of us decided to check this place out since we live nearby but have never been here before. It was a Friday night, and we all wanted a fish fry. We had a couple drinks at the bar while waiting. Once seated, all our meals were outstanding! The service was great and none of us have any complaints. This will now be our "go to" restaurant for fish fries. Nothing else in our area comes close.“
“Somewhat nondescript outside but inside is a Buffalo history lesson and a great attached outdoor deck. No draft beer but the bottled beer is super cold. John, the owner/bartender/cook, is looking for everybody to have a great time. Try the wings. They are first-rate. Check out the Buffalo Bartender Hall of Fame plaque in the backroom. I have never failed to have a great time here.“
“We loved the Audubon North the food was amazing and priced well. Warning ahead of time though the place is just a bar that serves food. So although the food and service were great the atmosphere is a little less family friendly. Also please note they bake their own bread and rolls.“
“After talking about it back and forth with some friends for a while, we finally visited Odie's to see if they had good bar food, since we were in the mood. Turns out, they do. Between the three of us we managed to put away a bucket of wings, which were hot and crispy, and available in not only the normal mild/medium/hot, but suicidal, Cajun honey BBQ, and butter parmesan garlic. The latter were good enough we ordered them twice for more. The rest of their bar menu consists of a few simple sub sandwiches, chicken fingers, other fryer food (stix, logs) and pizza. Since this is more of a neighborhood bar the place got it crowd of locals in late, but most of them seemed to choose to order wings or pizza and have a beer or two, then take off. Coin op pool table, dart board, and shuffle bowling complement the cheap draft during happy hour, so it's a place to put on the list to hang for a sports game.“
