It's January. And like most of America, I'm trying to eat healthier foods. Maybe it's a diet. But it's nothing clearly defined. I'm not going paleo, or keto or whole30. I don't even know what those words really mean. What I'm trying to do is eat smaller portions, plenty of vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein. Which is about just as fun as it sounds. Finallyyy a place that serves a quick, paleo meal!!!! It is nearly impossible to find good healthy food in the Capital Region unless you want to sit down and spend at least an hour eating in. Thankfully, Troy Kitchen + Fresh Eats has done that. I was extremely impressed by the freshness of the food. There are so many places that claim they are "fresh," but they're full of crap.
