“This winery happened to be conveniently within walking distance of our cottage, although it wasn't among the recommended spots to visit. Nevertheless, since it was on our list and so close by, it seemed only fitting to pay it a visit. Prior to our arrival, I reached out to inquire about their Thursday hours, only to discover that they typically conduct deliveries on that day and advise making reservations in advance. We opted to begin our exploration on Friday, starting our day at 11 AM. Upon our arrival, there was a moment of uncertainty as to whether they were open yet, until the owner arrived with a dog who seemed to run the place. His warm greeting set the tone for our experience. The winery has stood here for quite some time and is linked to another establishment called "Crystal Lake Cafe," evoking echoes of Jason from Friday the 13th. Inside, the winery exudes a quaint charm, albeit with an undeniable touch of age. We were presented with a selection of wines to sample, with the option to do so indoors or outdoors. Given the February weather, we opted to remain indoors. The wines didn't disappoint, with a particular standout being a blend called Rebellion Red, if memory serves correctly.“

“Always an excellent experience! We visited this weekend and even though all of Ithaca was super busy with Cornell Graduation weekend, the staff and service was on their game! Their food quality is always consistent. We were seated right away and service was prompt even with the extremely full restaurant. It was nice to see the Cornell grads enjoying time with their families and being patient and friendly! We are always greeted with a smile and appreciate that the owners take good care of their employees! Looking forward to many more summer visits!“
