“This is a small, unassuming bistro in Webster, New York. I have had three business dinners here after discovering Brimont Bistro just this year. Each time my guests have praised the food and the service. My grandfather was a chef at some of the best clubs in Rochester in the 1950's. I grew up with that kind of culinary delight. In my opinion, and taste is by definition an opinion, the food here is among the very best in Rochester.”

“Had the bang bang shrimp tacos from the food truck, with a mango salsa inside and they were very delicious. A few things I would change to make it better at holding up.. the tortillas were obviously not warmed which was a surprise upon picking the taco up. After the first bite it started to rip because it was cold. Also, when adding the slaw to the taco, you shouldn't get so much of the slaw dressing in there.. it all ran out and pooled into the food tray... the amount of liquid was excessive! I still gave 5 stars because the shrimp was bangin and it still was a great tasting taco! ??”

“We had our 2022 Annual Meeting at the Ukrainian Cultural Center of Rochester in September 2022. The venue staff was gracious and accommodating, and the food was delicious! Tables were decorated as requested and with minimal guidance. There was sufficient staff to support our needs on the day of the event. Expanded and recently paved parking lot was convenient for our guests. We recommend the UCC of Rochester not just for pub night on Thursdays or fish fry on Fridays, but also organizational or familial events!”

“It is my opinion that writing a review is a tricky thing to do! Often times, the tendency is to respond, based on an emotional experience,.. something that recently occurred, initial gut instinct, etc. Sometimes, that's good, ...honest, raw,.. but sometimes, that's not so good.

I'm glad I took my time in writing this review because I feel that the reader of this review will get a better understanding as to why I'm giving this establishment a 5-star rating, and hopefully help them during their next pizza purchase.

Some would argue that pizza is pizza,.. nothing too complicated to make. And while I would agree with this statement, I would also express my shock that some establishments manage to stay in business, based on a crappy product! At some 'other' pizza establishments,... one week, I'll have a phenomenal pizza experience, only to be utterly disappointed the next week, only to discover "Bob" wasn't working the day I had my less-than-stellar pie.

I recently lost my "Pizza Guy", and have spent the last 6 months in finding my replacement pizza establishment. I have tried all the pizza establishments in my immediate area, and even ventured out to a few select places. I've relied of other people's suggestions. Never quite finding a place to land at.

A few months ago, and on a whim, I decided to try Salvatores,.. I passed it every day I went to Weg's,.. so I figured I had nothing to lose! I've never been into 'corporate chain' type of places because I feel that they lack authenticity, and are simply massed produced.

Well, I have to say,... although that might be true for some chains,.. I do NOT think its true at Salvatores! This is what you can expect at Salvatores:
* Consistent, great tasting pizza with plenty of sauce/cheese/pepperoni.
* Professional and courteous staff,....service with a smile!
* Safe, clean, and family-oriented atmosphere!
* Weekly if not daily coupon specials.
* Affordable pricing!

In a world that is consistently Inconsistent, and changing, the last thing I need to deal with is inconsistency in my pizza! If you also enjoy some sort of consistency in life, ...then I highly recommend you give Salvatores a try!”

“I would give it a 5 but for the tables in thre dining areas at Wegmans are alwayd too close together to accommodate a power wheelchair. Eventually we just moved a table, but it's just embarrassing to have to do that.”

“This is a review of the grocery store, which is attached to the restaurant. I purchased a sushi making kit and needed some fresh ingredients. My local grocery store only had a few basic things but Bento-Ya had everything I needed. They had literally all the hard to find Japanese ingredients, sauces, rice, and seasonings you will ever need to make sushi rolls.”

“I’ll preface this by saying that I’ve had garbage plates from Dogtown & Nick’s (the OG). I got a half-plate, which was still a huge portion weighing probably four pounds, with mac’n’homefries and cheeseburger topped with the cinnamon (mild but tasty) meat sauce and “a little bit” of onions, mustard, and ketchup. This was BY FAR the most delicious garbage plate I’ve ever had. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back here. And it’s less than a 10-minute, quick’n’easy drive from Rochester General Hospital (so skip the Wolfgang Puck despite the convenience). I will add that the young woman who took my order was kind and friendly. The meal “to-go” was ready in less than 4 minutes. And the food was delicious, not at all greasy—literally PERFECT”

“We are obsessed and plan to be regulars!! We love the cortona, like a margarita and it’s super thin crust, and the Lucca pepperoni with a little bit thicker but still NY style thin, NO FLOP! The owners and staff are always so kind, they smile while they work so you know they love what they do and that’s a vibe! Tiramisu was so good I love that they put it in a cup, and the cannoli with the chocolate and vanilla coating on the shell was genius because the shell didn’t collapse as fast as a plain cannoli would. 10/10 will be back!!!”

We tried it twice and we're so impressed I had to review! Wings are cooked to perfection and the pizza is on point! ESPECIALLY the GLUTEN FREE!!! It actually looks, feels and chews like a pizza, not just a glorified tortilla. We will always order from Marks when we come to visit!
