“Easily the best Mediterranean restaurant in the area. For that matter on all of Long Island! Spectacular food in a cozy, clean setting. Served by the loveliest family at a reasonable price. “Since I’ve moved back from Berlin I’ve been scouring the island for the best chicken schwarma/kebab/sandwich/pita, whatever you want to call it. This place was hands down the best I’ve had. The only thing that would make it better was if they had fried halloumi to put in it, but I’ve yet to find a place in the US that does this so it’s no biggie. They don’t usually put hummus in it, but he did for me which I really appreciated. The salad they put on it had a very light oil based dressing that added an awesome taste to it. I was honestly blown away by how good it was. It’s a simple meal/concept, but the majority of places I’ve been to are incredibly subpar, as I am pretty picky. This is my new spot from now on.“
“This restaurant has been around for 22 years and we are excited because they will be expanding! My family has been doing takeout for 22 years and we love the lamacuns, the sandwiches and salads! The owners, chefs and servers are very friendly. The atmosphere makes one feel like they are eating somewhere in the Mediterranean! A great restaurant with great food and a great vibe!“
