“Had a craving for a fish fry, then remembered Hot Off The Brick. I stopped in and ordered. Took about 15 minutes. Got home to Clark Mills , was still nice and hot. Very good quality fish, and good size portions. French fries were very good too. I will definitely go there again. Nice job Mike and crew“
“We decided to try this place out for my father in laws birthday since I saw a great review in the Gluten Free Facebook group. They really do have the best gluten free pizza and awesome service! There is just one or two tables to eat as it is mostly take out right now. Hope they will turn it into a restaurant in the future.“
“Love this place. Delicious, hot, fresh food made to order & delicious desserts. Big Jay's never disappoints. We are new to the area & it took a year for us to finally find this great place. We don't go no where else for food they serve. Highly recommended. ?“
“I came in with my client from a disabled living home. The owner and workers were absolutely fantastic with both myself and my client. The food was excellent. The pizza definitely earns 5 stars. I appreciate the authentic style and traditional design. I would highly recommend.“
“To me, Sloppy Joe’s has the best pizza I’ve ever tasted since moving to Oneida County from NYC in 2017. I make it a point to stop by for lunch every time I’m in New Hartford to get a taste of NYC pizza. ?It’s also a friendly place. They serve your food at your table. Nice touch!Parking: Lots of free parking. Never had a problem parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp at entrance.“
“Anthony made my wife the best gluten free pizza she has found so far. There is no question why Sicilian Delight has been the cornerstone of the Sangertown Square mall food court forever. I applaud their consistent quality that has been a hallmark of their food for decadesDietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza available (cauliflower crust). They are careful to bake on individual trays so no flour contamination happens.“
“GRADE A+! I got the Chicken Riggie dinner last night!! For a very reasonable $16, you got a HUGE portion of their outstanding chicken riggies, garden salad, and garlic bread!! That was damn tasty riggies! I also got a slice of cheese pizza...which was big, hot, and fresh! This was one of the best meals I've had in a long time, and was well worth the money! I couldn't even finish the riggies, because you get a huge portion...Much bigger than 95 percent of restaurants selling riggies!! I spoke to the owner Brandon after my dinner to personally thank him for a great meal at a very reasonable cost!! He takes much pride in the products that he sells!! HE is the kind of owner that you want selling food!! To anyone that never ate food at Giovanni's Pizzeria in Clinton...please try it now!!! I guarantee you'll love it!!“
“Kinda disappointed with this pizza we ordered last time with my small team at work. I wish it has more cheese. The sauce on the pizza was okay but I wish it has more flavor. But not giving up on this because a friend recommended other dishes on the menu that she guarantees are tasty!“
“It was the best of pizzas. It was the worst of pizzas. Two pizzas were ordered; a NY style large meatball and a plain upside down pie. The NY pie was not very good. The crust was so thin, there was no chew. All crisp and no chew. No layer between the crispy bottom and the wet, saucy side. Cracked and crumbled when folded. The ratio of crust to cheese to sauce was off. Baked on a screen. WAY too much gooey, non-snapping cheese. The outer crust had no chew to it and was too airy and light. Sauce was on point and meatballs were excellent. And, 16" isn't really a large in a REAL NY pizzeria. 18" is the NY standard. Then came the big save; the upside down or Utica pie. It was truly excellent. Probably pretty much the same ingredients as their NY style pizza, but WAY better in a different form. I ate it hot. I ate it at room temperature. Each bite was a flavorgasm. So, skip their NY style pie which is mediocre at best and order something memorable.“
“We had a Christmas party catered by Big J's. The full trays of food were "FULL," hot and delicious. It was delivered on time and the staff were friendly on ordering and delivery. Great experience all around. We will definitely use them again.“
“This joint was recommended to me by a co-worker, and I'm not disappointed. By far the best upside down pizza I've had in the Utica area. Only slight complaint with the thickness of the crust. Despite the recent questionable reviews, I can see myself coming back for more.I will update this review if anything changes in later visits.“
“Stopped by this local spot near Hamilton College in upstate ny. Bought two slices and a bottle of soda for less than $9. The slices were surprisingly thiccccc... lol not that $1 slice in the city type. Bit sbarro thiccccc lol. "IYKYK" Service was great, saw sone college kids working the counter. Overall the quality of the slices were 7.5/10 #iSupportSmallBusinesses“
“Placed an online order and when we got there a couple bigger groups / orders slammed them. We waited patiently (about 20 minutes past the estimated ready for pick up time. They were very apologetic and gave some coupons to make up for it. The manager and person boxing the orders were AMAZING!“
“Stopped in on the way home per recommendation and wow some the best pizza I've had in along time. The crust was so fluffy and crispy. The flavor was on point and don't get me started on the garlic bread ? we will definitely be back “
“WOW!! Omg WOW!! I ran a pizza shop for over 7 years back in the day. And have thrived to find a place to meet what I use to do!! Sinatras it’s been well over 16 years and you just blew my mind and tastebuds. I will definitely be coming down from tug hill to get my calzones from you all day everyday. You want absolutely AMAZING food. This is the PLACE!!“
“I was at the Black River Ale house along side one, Michael Farnsworth. This guy ate the whole sandwich with a smile on his face, was pleasant to the bartender and waitress and didn’t complain about anything. He also was repeatedly farting and going to the bathroom, i found it weird how many times he would go. I am confused at his review and the wait time on his sandwich was far from 20 minutes, it’s also wing night at the bar which is obvious, so what kind of moron orders a steak sandwich when you can get .75$ wings? Something’s wrong with this guy! If he was looking for fine dinning he should have taken his sorry rear end back to Syracuse! ALE HOUSE FOR LIFE“
“Excellent food& all the wait staff is AWESOME..I love the burger with fig preserves & brie cheese & OMG Let's talk about their PIZZA!!!!! Best Pizza east of the Mississippi...LOL Its that GOOD...Mike is such a nice attending person..You can tell he loves his Job....My friends & I go 2x a week especially now that I live in New Hartford now....?Kid-friendliness: We love ONE GENNY!!!!!! NUFF SAID“
“Chicken wing night every Thursday. $6 for ten wings. And there fireeee!!!! Bar tender always on point and friendly. Not many places around where u can get ten wings for under 10bucks anymore. Plenty of tvs always a game on. And internet juke box. Pool table and dartboard out back. Plenty of seating. Clean. Plenty of drink options. Plenty of parking. Check em out!!“
“We actually had Magia Macrina's food truck at our wedding! Pizza was delicious - we had an amazing selection to choose from, and everyone raved about the food. Apps and salads were also amazing, thank you for making our day special!Vegetarian options: We had a few vegans at the wedding that were beyond impressed by the selection!“
“Alteri’s is family owned and you can feel the warmth dining there. Staff are friendly and the food made with love! They have some uniquely delicious sandwiches like The Mort and Roman is tasty too! The Big Salad and the Cheesy Bread should start every meal!“
“We went to this Pizza Hut cuz the one in Rome had the dining room closed. Explained to Sean about our gluten-free cheese sticks made from a gluten-free pizza crust with cheese and the seasonings. He accepted the challenge and came out victorious. The cheese sticks were perfect, nice and crisp and our pizzas were perfect too just the way we ordered them. Thank you, SeanDietary restrictions: Gluten free“
“I ordered a meatball and sausage calzone and extra crispy wings. Everything was hot and delicious. Did not disappoint! The sauce was spot on, wings were crispy but not overcooked and the calzone was overstuffed with meat. We will definitely placing future orders. The price was good too!“
“The people who runs this place are great people Always laughing smiling having a great time and it’s refreshing to hear and see on top of that the service you get you feel like one of the team and the energy let off is great sometimes it is a wait but it’s just because there so amazing worth it any time in the years they have only gotten betterKid-friendliness: I was a kid running in there all the time the energy they give off match’s youth energy and there always politeWheelchair accessibility: It is not wheelchair accessible I REPEAT NOT wheelchair accessible for in-front of the main door it’s a big stone step down so it is two big jumps“
“Sooooo full disclosure I grew up a block from this joint! I have had their pizza, wings, and desserts since I can remember! They have what's called upside down pizza. If you haven't had upside down pizza then go to Joe's first! It is hands down my favorite pizza EVER! I have eaten pizza everywhere in the world. Now this may sound strange but the sausage is made into a paste so every bite you take has sausage. Even though the ownership has changed the old owners sold the recipes with the pizzeria and the new owners haven't change a thing, that I can tell! If you want a great pizza and something a slight bit different get a large sausage pizza from Joes!!!“
“I order from there all the time - cheese pizza slices, wings, tomato pie, fish fry, etc. and all are excellent. I always order ahead of time so I can pick up on my way home from work and always ready and hot when I get there. Best pizza around.“
“Accompanied my daughter to a kids "Make Your Own Pizza" party here. It was the cutest concept I've ever seen. The kiddos had aprons and hats and looked the part. My daughter had the best time ever. The staff was super sweet and kind. The pizzas were mini so they came out quickly and were delicious. Such a great place!!“
“There pizza 8.5 out 10 really good two small things my pizza was a pepperoni pizza it had a little bit mushrooms on it which was odd also a small suggestion add tape like the old school days to pizza a box for customers pizza as a piece of mind.“
“I miss having their cianfrocco's food is amazing if I could I would have it every single day that being said I live in Utica and I don't know if they can deliver it also cost money to have food delivered I still remember when they had chicken finger salads and I don't know if they have it anymore“
“Excellent pizzas late night drive in dive or call in. Laurey is a beautiful soul on her game of making homemade NY Pizzas, Wings & many other things. I don't drink sodas so I had a bottle of birch beer and it was very tasty like root beer. I ordered a large pizza with mushrooms pepperoni & chovies it was superb!!! yum !!! I'm usually not a bread stick person so next time it's wings and things“
“Made an 1 45 minute drive to give them a try because we were told it was a great place. We were not steered wrong! We had 8 people in our party and not a single one of us had a complaint! All our food was delicious (we went for Sunday brunch). They have a beer for everyone and the atmosphere is awesome!“
“Place looked clean and inviting. So ordered online for pickup. LG pizza 20 wings, tenders and fries and an order of fried dough. The timing of the order was off bc upon pickup it didn't seam like anyone knew where the pizza was, and then was told a few more mins. Ok np. Except when I got home the fries and tenders were definitely made quite a while ago and the fried dough was also cold. Pizza was scolding hot. Wings were not extra crispy but that could be explained by sitting in a half container of sauce (very oily) not horrible, not fantastic. Might try again someday if a special is worth while otherwise for the cost of going out these days, I'll probably stick to my proven places esp with the cost of wings being what they are still.Wish this business the best of luck and hope they get it together as they grow within the new location.“
“I ordered 2 large and and 20 wing specials for a little get together I'm having. I ordered the wings medium BBQ mixed. About 10 minutes later, the same pleasant person who took my order called me back asking if I liked the wings with more medium sauce or more BBQ sauce. I asked her name and it was Faolan. I told her thank you for calling back and asking that! Talk about awesome customer service! Thank you Faolan and all the amazing staff at Tony's!“
“This place is AMAZING! Not only was the food delicious (Their wings, pizza and specialty salads are phenomenal!) and the prices very reasonable, the staff was also very accommodating to our large group. We had let them know we would be coming there after the American Heart Walk this past weekend and they had three large tables waiting for us when we arrived! We also found being able to order ahead online worked wonderfully for those of us pressed for time. (Others ordered when they arrived and also found their orders were filled in a timely manner.) EVERYONE was pleased with their food! We plan to make this our regular gathering place to meet at after future Heart Walks. THANK YOU!!!“
“Passing thru Utica we stopped at Slice after seeing them on EatlocalNewYork Instagram. My wife and I got the Vodka Chicken Parm sandwich, absolutely incredible, massive in size, garlic bread roll was toasted perfectly, vodka sauce had great flavor, honestly, probably the best Chicken Parm sandwich I have ever had. We got an order of the Purple Cow Wings Everything style, but they forgot the Everything, those were just ok. My daughter got a cheese slice that was bigger than her head, and a friend got the Purple Cow Slice, slices are truly footlong, no doubt about that. Gave a 3 for atmosphere, no place to sit which is fine, they have a counter to eat on but with two six year old girls and a 50 minute ride back to Syracuse, they needed to use the bathroom and we were told it was unavailable, again not a big deal, went across the street to Rite Aid. We will go back for the sando and slices for sure, probably skip the wings.“
“Stopped in today for the first time to take advantage of the daily special of a calzone for 7 bucks. What a bargain. Best calzone I have ever had with thinner, crispy crust, plenty of toppings, great tasting marinara to go with it.Staff was just fantastic friendly and courteous.I will definitely be back for more and to try some of the other delicious sounding menu items.“
