“My husband and I went last night for dinner, and we cannot stop talking about how much we enjoyed it. First, they accommodated us quickly and made us feel welcome despite the fact that we arrived a little over 15 minutes late for our reservation; we were expecting to wait but they seated us right away. The atmosphere is soooo pretty with greenery and fun music playing.Now the food: My husband ordered a cocktail and I ordered wine and both came out promptly & were generous in size. While we waited for our food, we looked at the meals that were coming out of the kitchen and everything looked delicious! The serving sizes are VERY generous. My husband ordered the chicken parm vodka special and I ordered the ravioli and meatball. We easily could have split the chicken parm to share. It was easily one of our favorite meal experiences, as everything was made to perfection. For dessert we ordered the cheesecakes.. I have high expectations for cheesecake and theirs did not disappoint. We both left feeling stuffed but in the best way. No notes. 12/10.“

“I recently heard about the Sicilian pizza being really good here. Decided to order a Sicilian pie. It was excellent. It was a thick heavy pie. The gravy and cheese had so much flavor. I've been to a lot of pizzerias in the Bronx and throughout all of Westchester, but this was the best Sicilian I've had. It's a small local joint that looks to have been around for a long time. An old school pizzeria. I will try the regular pie and calzones there at a later time. But it's definitely worth a visit for the Sicilian.“
“Very good food - not just Pizza, but real Italian cuisine. Really enjoy the classics like Chicken Parmigiana or Eggplant Rollatini. Good quality products. Affordable and you get a lot for your money ( enough to take home and enjoy again at home). Nice staff and I got to meet the owner - nice guy and will talk to his customers. “Pepe’s has a formula for success. My wife and I only go to about four different restaurants in a month and Pepe is one of them. It is due to the consistency of every time we go and the quality of the pies. I am always excited for that first slice when I get my hands dirty From the char on the bottom of the pizza. Here is a tip from a regular, if you want to have a lot of toppings, make sure that you get smaller pizzas and put different toppings on them. Our go to pizza we have called Pie Lana which is a white pie, no ricotta with chicken, bacon and basil. Try it!“

“Had this delivered after looking at reviews on here and the delivery app. We got the meat lovers which is pepperoni, bacon and sausage. It was delicious and s the sauce had more flavor than most pizza but not overly so. Right amount of cheese and toppings and a medium thickness crust. “Visited this restaurant a few days ago. Food was very good & everyone was very nice. It's important to me that these two check the box. I was a little hesitant to try because of past experiences. (Different owners)I had soup & they give you what they call pizza bread. So very good! It reminded me of bread my Dad would make many years ago.We also had a slice of grandma's pizza with pepperoni, drizzled with honey, among other things. Burst of flavor!I wish them the best! “This place is a real neighborhood gem. It’s the first place we think of when we are craving home cooked Italian food. It feels so cozy. Their dishes are so special, their homemade bread is THE BEST, their pizza is so flavorful (my boyfriend calls their Sicilian “flavor clouds” hahaha). Every time we go we feel so taken care of by the staff. Places like this are a rarity nowadays and I feel lucky to have them so close by.“

“Was in Yonkers to get some paperwork and decided to get lunch before heading back to the city by train. I searched for food and Anselmo's Pizzeria & Deli was nearby. Initially, I was surprised on how small the place was but it was crowded (both tables were occupied and there was a line). Decided on getting two slices of pizza (shrimp and then cheese) and a drink. Both were excellent. Highly recommend the place but better if you takeout.“
“I found this place on google and went with my 10 year old son who’s a picky eater. Let’s just say he loved the pizza and so did I. I also had the garlic knots and they were so soft and you can tell they were freshly made.
