“I'm a big fan of Anthony's Pizza. The owners are friendly, and kind. They make homemade pasta dishes, sandwiches, and of course very good pizza. We order Penne Vodka with Chicken cutlet from them at least once a week. The chicken parmagiana and meatbal parmagiana are delicious also. Check them out, youll be glad you did.“
“Had to check out this place due to all the hype. It’s good, but I think a tad bit over rated. Pizza is comparable to Joe’s in nyc but it’s much greasier here. The service was subpar, with the waitress never checking in besides the initial order which was delayed to begin with. I guess that’s expected if it’s busy. The price of soda is $3 for a can and the payment is accepted only via cash. I find that quite archaic in today’s time along with no takeout/delivery.“
“Possibly the best pizza in Mount Vernon. Wait time is more often than not minimal. It can get busy with after school hours seeing it’s close to many schools. Also , 4th Ave is kind of a go to Hub. When it comes to their wings , they are good as well but not as much of a crisp crisp if you prefer that style. If you need a quick slushee and don’t feel like going all the way to a 7/11, stop by. Anyway 5/5. (Lunch Specials on the wall)“
“I’ve been coming to this restaurant ever since I was a little girl so I’ve loved it for a long time! The food is amazing and the service is always on point. Definitely recommend checking it out and dining in. The chicken francese and chicken caprichosa are my go to.“
“Large slices. Economic. Lots of slice options in the glass case to choose from. This location does a lot of delivery business and hires multiple in-house drivers, so speed is their forte. Very friendly and accommodating service. Comprehensive cold drink selection. Well-lit and clean dining area with good music. The only pizzeria in the Fleetwood area with a clear POS (point of sales) payment system so that you can see exactly what you are charged when paying with a credit card. I will not elaborate on other pizzerias, like the one on Bronx River Rd, that consistently overcharge with no remorse.“
