“We went here for dinner one night, and liked it so much we came back for lunch the next day! The service is great, our waitress (got lucky and had her both times) was so sweet and she gave absolutely killer recommendations. Everything we ordered was incredible, drinks and food. I'm gluten free, but intolerant not allergic. They have a great selection of fully GF options (no cross contamination/shared fryer), but also have a bunch of stuff that is technically GF if cross contamination isn't an issue for you, the staff was really knowledgeable about the menu and allergens and was able to answer all my questions. So if you can handle cross contamination/shared fryers, ask them what dishes would be okay for you!We tried:The Game Burger: it was Lamb when we went, we both got it and absolutely loved it.The Bacon Jam Burger: my boyfriend absolutely loved thisThe pot roast sandwich: super tender meat, delishThe calamari: this is so good, I can't describe it. Super buttery, and served with a little bit of spicy peppers. It is divine. The sweet potato fries: crispy and delish, and the honey butter is next levelThe Chocolate Oblivion: it's their only gluten free dessert, but it is so good. I was nervous when they described it was a "dense" flour free torte, but it has an amazing smooth texture almost like a mousse and a cheesecake had a baby. It is rich and decadent, we split it and CRUSHED it. ?Drinks:My bf enjoyed a few beers, and their beer list is HUGE. great selection.Bourbon maple smash: strong, but super tasty. Not very sweet, but I prefer thatVanilla Chai White Russian: this was my favorite, not super sweet but absolutely incredible. It's very well balanced, and just so freaking good.Cranberry Gin Fizz: Made with my favorite gin (the botanist) and it is SO tasty, perfectly sweet and tart and just a refreshing easy sipper.Just go here, it'll be worth it!Dietary restrictions: So many allergen and dietary preference options, and the staff knows their stuff on all of the above! You can probably be accommodated here, and won't have to guess if your dietary restrictions are understood or if what you're eating is okay for you.“
“Good open space to enjoy your wine. Pet friendly vineyard. We tried the reserve rosè, was okay, and felt like it wasn't at the right temperature. They need to put shades for the tables. It gets pretty hot when sunny. Staff is very courteous and polite.“

“Great road trip today, non of us are drinkers but the food was great. Be sure to get a reservation tho. We showed up at 1:30 and it was packed. Kitchen must be a little small for number of seats as it took a while to get our meal. Again. Full house. Grab a share plate and a drink and you won't notice.“

“My absolute favorite restaurant for my little family! Debbie has taken us in as if we are her own and is the most kind hearted and hilarious woman in our lives! She is a business owner who truly cares about her community! The food is incredible, the staff is so kind and attentive and I will always pick Knead the Dough for our breakfast restaurant!“
“We had a great time yesterday during wine tasting.Charlie Pilliteri was very kind to spend time with us, sharing the story of his family arriving to the area from Sicily, the development of wineries in the region, and his passion and love for wine creation! We came home with a nice variety of Cabernets, Icewine and an autographed 2016 Appasimento Riserva Famiglia !!!This place is fantastic!!!“
“Had an amazing and intimate wine tasting from Galina. She walked us through the wines, informed us of the history of the vineyard and family. The light pairing menu was perfect, the chocolate from Rebekka being a highlight. Lovely time and great wines!“
“This was our first time. Im not a beer drinker and they had a great selection of other options. Food was delicious and service awesome! Definitely a favourite local find!UPDATE: 2024... this has become our go to local spot for yummy food and great service. The various theme nights weekly are great. A huge patio in summer is really awesome.“

“We came into town for a one night getaway with our eight year old daughter. She wanted pancakes for breakfast. We stayed in downtown Niagara, and the prices for regular breakfast were ridiculous. I found this breakfast place online. We went before leaving back to the States, and the food hit the spot. Our waiter was very professional and nice. My daughter loved her food.Kid-friendliness: The menu and portions were just right for our little one.“
“I was out with 3 other ocals. We stopped in after a couple hours of wine tasting in NOTL with a great tour company called #NiagaraCustomtours Our server was Avi. (hopefully spelled right) He may have been the most personable server I have ever encountered! What a pleasure to meet him and spend some time with him. He is so witty and such an asset to your establishment. Honestly whoever hired him knows what they are doing! We will be back. Not just for a beer. Really, just to see Avi again :) Also the wings were fab! Thanks ?“

“We stopped in for takeout subs. It had been a while since l'd been there. I had an Eggplant parm sub (beyond superior), and the boss had a breaded chicken sub (which l ate 1/3 of - equally wicked!!). Both were fantastic. Who has tins of pop for 90¢? If value for the money was the only reason you visit, you wouldn't be disappointed. If you want to base your custom on food quality and flavour.....same story. There is a reason they've been here for so long.Great job!Vegetarian options: The Eggplant parm was very good. Crispy and well "sauced" - delish!!!“

“* Always great friendly, helpful & smiling staff, great food, excellent service & friendly atmosphere ?* Sit at the bar or at a table.* Can't beat their all day breakfast.* Reasonable prices & great food.* Lots of parking....shared with other stores, (mini mall) but more to the front side or behind as there is a side street behind.* Disability permit spot, easy ramp to get from parking lot onto sidewalk to store fronts.* Right on the corner of two main streets so it's easy to find.* Great place to stop in for breakfast, lunch, dinner or after work with friends for a drink at the bar ? ? etc. ?“
“This was the first stop on our 3-winery guided tour and tasting experience. The estate is absolutely gorgeous and it was a perfect spring day. Geoff, our guide, was really knowledgeable and took time to answer many questions. After the tasting we were provided with more complementary wine, as part of our tour package, at the outdoor wine bar. Charcuterie platters were unique and tasty. Gift shop was a bit pricey but we didn’t feel obliged to buy anything.“
“Probably the best selection of craft beers in WNY. Whatever your style is - from macro lager to pastry stout - they’ll have something for you. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and fun; especially the overly dramatic and silly bald guy. Great spot!“
“Recently visited for a tasting with some family, and our host (Tyra I believe) was simply AWESOME! She was quite knowledgeable, super pleasant and friendly. I specifically wanted to go here because they have wine, beer, cider and spirits. My brother and his wife purchased a case of white and it is MUCH cheaper than the neighbouring local wineries, AND they got a discount for purchasing a case.I would have given 5*s, but I'm from Belleville and am used to the MUCH cheaper tasting prices at the Prince Edward County wineries. 4 tastings for $20 or 4 for $25 of the higher end choices seems ridiculous to me, instead of $2 each.“

“Great food, a bit more on the pricey side but quality ingredients and cooked with care. Service excellent. Venue ok but not a fantastic dine in experience given its location next to a parking lot in and open field and lack of views from lack of windows and absence of a patio.“

“Great little spot. The waitstaff are very welcoming, ATTENTIVE and so friendly. The prices cannot be beat! We had more food than we could eat & took half home. The atmosphere is cute. Looks kind of like a bait shop/fisherman haven. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars-food was my food was overcooked. I ordered corned beef hash & eggs with a side of home fries. Other than my eggs (which I ordered well done), the CBH was crunchy & tasted burnt same with the home fries. This may have just been a 1 time thing. The other meal was great: perfect pancakes, delicious sausage patty & grits. Italian bread is made in house. We’ll definitely be back to give it another shot.Parking: Small location with equally small parking lot.“
“We visited today for The Ice Wine Festival, Dimitri (from Pig Out) was a great and friendly young man and passionate about what he was presenting to us- roasted pig, which was amazing! Jeff from Reif was also very accommodating with the lovely Ice wine for The Ice wine Festival. With visits like this it makes for a wonderful afternoon! Thank you Guys!“

“Have been wanting to come to this farm-to-table restaurant for the longest time so was lucky enough to get a booking to celebrate my birthday. Although I had booked for a standard table, when we reached there we opted for an outdoor table and even though we were 30 minutes early, the restaurant staff were able to assign an outdoor table immediately. Had heard and read such wonderful reviews about this restaurant and it lived up to it!! We opted for Wine Pairings and the wines provided for each course were spot on!! Both the food and service were par excellence and our server, Kristin and the sommelier were simply awesome. All in all a very memorable birthday dinner and sure to become one of our most favorite restaurants in Niagara-on-the lake!! Highly recommend!!“

“Had the beef dip sandwich, it came with auju and a mound of fries. Couldn't say no to the carrot cheese cake thingy either. Needless to say, a delightful staff and wonderful food. If they could change one thing about the place, have Caddyshack playing on at least one TV at all times. 5 stars“

“Ist time customer. Went basic - 3 hard shell tacos. Excellent flavor and super fresh/crisp shells. Order was to go as I was meeting friends elsewhere. The only complaint was that none of us (all arrived and ordered separately) received napkins or utensils (they had bowl meals). Will definitely return.“
“fantastic service from Megan today! the wine selection is amazing, so many good choices. There are a few blends that they have that were AMAZING. Definitely will be back soon! Thank you Megan & Marynissen staff!“

“Hi. We were visiting from The States and found your Quesada at 3643 Portage Rd in Niagara Falls. The online pictures looked amazing, so we decided to give it a try. I am glad that we did. The food was fresh, delicious, and abundant. The service was fast, friendly, and engaging. We even met the owners, Anand and Neeta, and they were beautiful people! Within seconds, they made us feel right at home. I cannot express how much we enjoyed our lunch at this Quesada. The salsa is simply delectable. I cannot wait to come back. Thanks again to both Anand and Neeta. We enjoyed reminiscing about Monroeville, PA with you both. Take care. Hope to see you again.“

“While staying in the Niagara Falls areas, this is a great local, nonchain, home grown, small town place to dine and hang out. A lot of locals there when we visited. Very friendly and unique. Highly recommend if you like those small town, really good restaurants. Kinda like Guy Fieri style visit.“
“We visited here yesterday, just before going to the show and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Good selection of brews on tap, across the spectrum of styles. They also had a very nice selection of one off sours, in bottles, to sell. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. We learned a lot while chatting with him. We loved the clean, modern look of the bar area. We did not get upstairs to the patio, but we will do that next time. What a great place. We will definitely return.“

“As many people may agree with me(because of the amount of food getting ordered/picked up), Favorites Pizzeria is an amazing restaurant. They provide SO many options in every food, especially the pizza. All the food is very cheap and feels like a steal. They provide options for many diets and it tastes wonderful. The service is great and the staff are incredibly friendly.Vegetarian options: The pizza and food provide veggie options while having it on lots of their dishes.Parking: The parking is great and usually has many open spots that are wide enough for many cars.Wheelchair accessibility: Favorites does provide accessibility for wheelchairs with open space and low tables.“

“Wow what a beautiful space! So well done! Cool art gallery up top too. The ladies working were very nice. Had fun trying the ciders. They didn’t have as many as they normally do but enjoyed what they did have! Off season when we went so the kitchen wasn’t up and running.“

“Terrible service, food ok, we had omelets, home fries, toast. Toast was just warm bread, not toasted, homefries hardscrapies from bottom of pan. Restaurant didn't smell good old and musty. Needs a good cleaning and new rugs. Not going back anytime soon.“

“What a great place to get lunch in the Lewiston area. This restaurant is very spacious and very comfortable. You have two sides for dining. There's the bar area, which has high table top service. Then you have to the right the regular dining area. Oh and I can't forget there's a outside patio, you can dine at as well. The service was top notch, I forget the servers name. But she was very attentive and took care of all my needs. As for the food, I was very impressed with the entrees I have chosen. I will definitely come back againRueben- Very clean tasting and very delicious. Came with a side of potatoe chips.Potato skins- I throughly enjoyed these. Nice size skins that were not like your typical, thin potato skins you get from other restaurants“

“Trius was the last stop of our “My Wine Country” tour. We were the only ones taking the tour during our time slot so it felt like a personalized experience. The tour was fun and we got a chance to take a lot of photos and to try the award winning “Red The Icon”. Bought a bottle at the gift shop as well. Also learned a few tips on how to properly sabre a bottle.“

“Breakfast was great, we went early to avoid the crowds. Only two complaints really, the artwork is odd and I really find the painting of the dead fish unappealing when eating. The second complaint is in regards to serving tea. Teapots should be warmed and boiling water used so that it's hot when it arrives.“
“Went Friday evening based on a reco from a friend who loves it here. The food is mainly BBQ, ribs, pulled pork, brisket, etc…. The food was very good and reasonably priced, we paid about $130US for 3 ppl and we left with a ton of extra food! Portions were huge. Brisket was awesome, ribs were amazing, chicken wings were large but ok, I am not a huge fan of smoked wings. Chicken and pulled pork was also very good. Loved the cornbread, coleslaw and beans.Service was good at first then our server sat at a table and talked to a coworker for 20 mins while our beer was empty, eventually came over after we were almost done eating and we ordered another round. They also added a 20% tip on our bill for 3 ppl, we tip well so this wasn’t a concern just never seen that on a small table before, seemed odd.All in all the food was great and prices were also so we will be back!“

“If you want delicious, affordable breakfast, this is your go to! It’s a fast food type of set up; so you order at the front and then sit to eat. Some may not like this set up BUT this allows them to keep the costs down, which is in this economy is necessary!Food never disappoints!“

“The food is basic well prepared diner fare - comfort food at its comfiest! The atmosphere is humble and tidy - with million dollar views of the Niagara river. The service is friendly and efficient - and caring towards their many regular customers.Vegetarian options: Not an extensive selection of vegetarian options but the veggie burger is satisfying and made with black beans with guacamole on top. The fries are expertly cooked (recommend trying them with vinegar). The grilled cheese is comfort food perfection. There are salad options too.“
