Terrible customer service.. This use to be my favorite Chipotle.. Said I was at the wrong location for my order and I even gave them the address they sent me to another location 30mins round trip to be told I was previously at the right location.. I pulled up explained the issue they found the order.. The person was rude pretty much threw the food at me and THANKS!! Got to work (late for getting back) and there was NO MEAT or LETTUCE and was just thrown together without a care.....read full review

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I cannot believe how we were talked to by an old red head lady. They claim they never received our online order and offered absolutely NO resolution! She raised her voice when we're just asking what to do. Completely dismissed...it was VERY clear if wasn't THEIR problem...never

Easily the best Chipotle in the area. The staff has always been very kind and energeticThe food has always been hot and just tastes better than other locations.Vegetarian options: Being able to pick your own toppings lets you create your own vegetarian option, as well as a dedicated vegetarian menu option.
