Overall, food was decent and takeout order was ready pretty close to scheduled time. I was disappointed when I got to eating my chicken sandwich and found that the “sauce on the side” was totally missing and another of the best ingredients (Parmesan crisps) were also missing. A bit more attention to the details of the order would be appreciated in the future. Sandwich was pretty bland.
It's not too busy unlike some fast casual chain restaurants out there which means you focus and get some work done. The food is exactly the same as any other Panera bread location. The staff are friendly and they do a great job.

Every time I go through the drive-thru after placing an online order, it’s never ready on time or they have forgotten an item. The service is not good here and the drive thru is soo slow. People have literally drove off without their order because they were tired of waiting. I‘be been in front of the ordering sign and no one even greets me for several minutes.
