I love this food truck! Not only is the couple who runs it incredible people, but their food is delicious! You can tell everything is fresh and made with love. I'm really fond of their pimento cheese & the pimento cheeseburger has quickly become my go-to anytime I see them out, paired with the black bean salad.
Had their food for the first time at Paradise Brewing. Don't typically like pimento, but tried their bacon, lettuce and pimento and it was excellent. My husband had the hamburger, great bar burger, good sauce and cooked well. The people were also very nice. Hope they come back.

SO GOOD. Man, they season their meat so, so well. I'm not a big burger girl but the pimento burger was delicious and huge. I could only eat half.
