Food and smoothies are great but the service at this location leaves something to be desired. The employees look visibly uninterested in helping the customers and I've regularly had to wait over 30 minutes to receive my order because it has been either lost or forgotten. I'm sure dealing with frustrated customers wears down employee morale, but I have yet to have a positive experience at this location.
Visited this vacation many times in the past and it's always been an average experience, overall good but nothing exceptional. Went on 7/23/23 and felt like everything has improved from start to finish. Employees were super nice/friendly, both smoothies were on point (protein packer & orange ginger elixer) and we had delicious Asian chicken wraps. Everything was speedy too. Whatever they have working on has made a notable difference. I'd definitely recommend this location!!!
