“I absolutely love those pretzels they have the best pretzels for the best price is the only reason I didn’t get five stars is because they said that they were open until 10 and then they closed at 8:30 when I got there so I was very unpleased with that because if I would’ve known that I would have gotten the pretzels before we went shopping. We got done at 8:30 and they were closed when it clearly says open until 10pm“
“I am posting this because Gavin (Im 90% sure that was his name. Dirty blonde hair, glasses. Working on Monday 12/19 around 5-7pm) deserves the best review. He was the nicest person ever! He was super sweet and even asked if I wanted extra caramel in my drink! I asked for cream cheese, and didn't get it. I didn't realize I didn't get my cheese until I sat down but then my friend comes over and hands it to me and said "he said he forgot to give it to you" he made sure I got everything I needed and even went the extra mile! Thank you!“

Best pretzels and best service. I wish these ladies were located outside the airport so I could get these more often. Wow!!! They're the best.“
“Just about everyone has been here. If you like soft pretzels then this is your stop. $5 for a cup of goodness. The butter soft pretzel is a fav to most Combine that with a salt hit and it's a win. Today they were extremely soft. I would like a little more firmness on the outer part of the pretzel. However I'm not complaining. This spot is always a fan favorite. Whenever I go to the mall the line is long and kids want it. I don't have to say more. Makes you want to go to a baseball game..“
“Every single time I go to Auntie Anne's or now Cinnabon I am greeted with a smile. Everyone is so sweet, professional, quick, food is always perfect. And I had to mention what they did for my birthday... I have loved cinnabon since I was a child. That is what I wanted as my birthday cake so my family was just gonna get a few boxes of cinnabon and make a big cinnabon tower lol. I was talking with the wonderful manager Tim and he said let me put something special together for u.. he went above and beyond made me a heart shaped bday cake of cinnabons and even had a heart shaped box to put it in. I cant put it into words how much this meant to me. I am a very regular customer there and this made my birthday so very special. Thank you all...“
“My absolute favorite soft pretzel place! A regular salted pretzel with the garlic butter is my go to but one day I’ll make it early enough to get a chance of picking from the whole variety. The staff is great too! Give them a try if you come to the North Market!“
