Today they were extremely soft. I would like a little more firmness on the outer part of the pretzel. However I'm not complaining. This spot is always a fan favorite. Whenever I go to the mall the line is long and kids want it. I don't have to say more. Makes you want to go to a baseball game..“
“Every single time I go to Auntie Anne's or now Cinnabon I am greeted with a smile. Everyone is so sweet, professional, quick, food is always perfect. And I had to mention what they did for my birthday... I have loved cinnabon since I was a child. That is what I wanted as my birthday cake so my family was just gonna get a few boxes of cinnabon and make a big cinnabon tower lol. I was talking with the wonderful manager Tim and he said let me put something special together for u.. he went above and beyond made me a heart shaped bday cake of cinnabons and even had a heart shaped box to put it in. I cant put it into words how much this meant to me. I am a very regular customer there and this made my birthday so very special. Thank you all...“
