“Ordered pretty much the Entire menu, the Smoked Turkey was hands down the best, The Italian was fantastic, the Roast Pork was well done and the Korean Fried Chicken was a very different type of sandwich with a kick to it. My only complaint would be that I would like different types of bread depending on the sandwich. Take out only makes it a little difficult to enjoy until you get home. As far as sandwich shops go this is a must have in your rotation. overall 4.7 stars for me.“

“In my opinion, the best sandwich in Ohio. The hot stuffed banana pepper sub is out of this world - freshly baked bread, homemade sausage and sauce with melted cheese. All prepared and baked in the pizza oven to order. The chicken salad and pizzas are also stunning. We drive almost an hour round trip to get their food and every mile is well worth it.“

“It was the day after Christmas and almost everything in Tremont was closed. We were just about to give up and go somewhere else when we came across La Bodega. We were welcomed with a warm environment and happy employees willing to serve! The menu is incredibly long with so many options!! My fiancé ordered the 44 and I ordered the 63. Both were delicious and incredibly flavorful! We ate them in the little back room area and got to enjoy chips and a bottle of soda as well. Overall La Bodega is a fantastic sub shop, I highly recommend!“

“As the proud owner of grums for over 20 years I would like to respond to a recent review left by Luis A. Luis had been coming into our store quite often for the previous month and had consistently been rude to my employees to the point when they DREADED every time he can in. On the day he speaks of he ordered what he usually did. Me, the owner made his sandwich, put it in his bag and I handed it to him and said "have a good one buddy". He takes the bag and kinda lifts it up and down like he's a human scale and says "what is this?". I politely responded "that's your sandwich, that's what you ordered". He proceeds to say "this is too light". I said "I don't know what to tell you, I put everything in there like i have for the last 20 years". He responded by saying "I'm not paying for this". By this point he had already paid so I told the employee to give him his money back, then he walked out the door. He got the EXACT sandwich he ordered, he just didn't think it was heavy enough. After he left I told the other employees the next time he came in to tell him he wouldn't be served. He showed up a week later and my brother, the co owner told him we wouldn't serve him. Luis then tried to "big time" my brother and say who do I need to talk to and my brother politely informed him that he was one of the owners and there wasn't anyone who was going to change it. Combine having to throw the sandwich away along with his continuous awful attitude and being rude to our employees it was an extremely easy decision. I have never responded before to a negative review but this one was so delusional and absurd I felt the need to defend our store. As a quick side note, he is right about one thing. We do have a sign that says "we will not help you if you are on your phone, please hang up, then order". He says this is distasteful. I say distasteful is being rude and talking on your phone while someone is trying to help you and take your order.“

“Excellent breakfast food that is SIMPLE. Word to the wise… this place is cash only. We had to go across the street to the atm at family dollar. The place itself is dated with very limited seating. There was only one table out of the entire restaurant that could accommodate 4 people so we got lucky today. We will definitely return to Irvs!“

“Jersey mikes continues to be my go to spot for a good Italian sub. I really like the fact that a always have some type of special note in my order that is follows it every time exactly as I asked. They go out of their way to please.Wheelchair accessibility: they have wide doorways with little or no bump or threshold to cross? I am not currently in a wheelchair, but remain very aware, because who knows if one day I will be again.“

“I'm new to the area and wanted pizza. But after reading all the bad reviews on most of the places here, I opted not to. I found Mr. Hero by accident. I'm glad I stopped. Their food is delicious. The man at the counter was very nice and polite. He was right when he said I would like it. Definitely will be back. ?“

“Really great sandwiches and great service as well. I tried something out of my usual comfort zone (The Dean Martin sandwich on ciabatta) and it did not disappoint. I’ve had the pulled pork sandwich here as well and it was amazing. They have tons of side options and desserts as well. The Thai noodle salad was amazing last time I had it and the zesty slaw as well.“

“Personally think this is the best ran franchise in the area. The food is excellent and looks like the photo and tastes great! The only thing that really grinded my gears is a soda for $4 which is almost half the cost of a reg sandwich. Extremely over priced and wont buy again.“

“What can I say. I've always liked there Roman burger and fries. I always say no cheese on anything and they would repeat what I say but I some how I end up with cheese on my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard on my stomach.“

“So this sandwich shop was recommended by a co-worker so I placed an online order for 4 sandwiches with sides. First, the order was ready on time and was accurate. I picked up the order and the five minute drive back had my mouth watering. Smelled so good! I love the side options, waffle fries, tots, fried pickles, fried mushrooms, etc., etc. I ordered the chicken pita. It came loaded with chicken and the softest Greek style pita. I'd like a little more sauce, but overall pretty delicious. I also really enjoyed the fried pickles. They were breaded pickle spears, warm and crispy with that snap when you bite into it. Also, not greasy at all. The ranch was so-so. I was pretty hungry and forgot to snap pics, except for the pita! ‍ I'd definitely like to return & try more of their items!“

“Just left Subway and I had to leave a review. I've been going to this location for several years. There's a young man and lady who I like to see when I walk in because I know when they're working the sandwiches are going to be nice, neatly made and taste great. I personally like that they pride themselves on making the sandwiches nice & neat. Actually, most of the people who I've seen working are like that, but these two stick out specifically for me. If you want a great sandwich, great service, clean restaurant, go to this location. Leave a nice tip, too. “Idk what everyone else experienced here at this store. But this subway is by far the best subway I've been to in the United States. Everytime I pickup in that area I go out of my way to go there. My subs have been perfect everytime. The sandwich isn't falling apart, the staff is friendly, and I usually don't have to wait long. The lady was a lil rude and had no mask on. So I left but the RomanBurger stayed on my mind. Never had one & was curious. The next day curiosity killed the cat and I just had to get my hands on one of these Romanburgers. So I ordered through Door Dash. I'm not from Cleveland so I wanted to see what the fuss was about with these Mr. Hero's sandwiches. 1st time I got a 10 inch RomanBurger with Potato Crisp and Nacho Cheese. Divine! I get it, it's a Cleveland thing and all the flavors just go perfect together. I am officially a RomanBurger fan! (Pic 1) I waited a day and then the day after that I was craving a RomanBurger again. I decided to go for a 7 inch RomanBurger BTE with Tater Tots and Cheese sauce. I requested the DoorDash app to add extra lettuce and tomato on my sandwich for there to be none when my order came. I ended up adding my own lettuce and tomatoes from home. & Since I got it from DoorDash I just reported it and they gave me a $4.50 credit for the mishap. (Pic 2) Now the next day I was craving Mr. Hero's again but decided to go for something light I ordered a 7 inch Chicken Cheesesteak with extra chicken, mushrooms, peppers and a mini cheese burger (cause I was still craving that damn burger) and some waffle fries with cheese sauce. This time when I got my order from DoorDash I think they upsized my sandwich to a 10 inch and my cheese sauce was missing. But all in all the food was divine!!! I reported it and DoorDash gave me a $1.50 credit for my cheese sauce! (Pic 3) All in all the food is decent. But don't expect this location to be precise with your order if your ordering from this location! I'm a fan of the brand. Not so much this location.“

“I have grown up in Cleveland my whole life. I haven't seen a Mr Hero this clean and well takin care of in a long time. Let admit they went down hill there in the 90s 00s. But they are making a come back.This one store on state and snow. Tucked away.. AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE. The staff says it all here. You walk in and you are greeted my a warm welcome and taken care of with the up most respect. The service is first hand with customer in mind. This Mr Hero is the BEST I HAVE BEEN TO IN A VERY LONG TIME. I eat at different ones around different areas. I order here a lot, even though door dash and the Roman burger with extra oil is always hot and fresh and Amazing.No other Mr Hero around can compare to the food and QUALITY YOU ARE DOING. I have eaten at a lot of them.. But you my friend are my Favorite one. I will wait till I get near your store to order food. Fresh and hot. So yummy. I will continue talking about your store. “Excellent experience! I was greeted immediately upon entering by all the staff, very warm and welcoming. I asked for help ordering bc it was my first time and from that point on I was given one on one customer service til I cashed out at the register. Very friendly.The restaurant is remarkably clean and comfortable. Oldies music in the background. Lots of seating.I ended up ordering the 7" Godfather on everything bread. Delicious! Just the right size for a hearty lunch.Far exceeded my expectations! Will return soon to try a different sandwich, maybe a Philly next time?
