Everyone is friendly and accommodating. My daughter is a picky eater, but she loves the chicken and mac & cheese. Refills on bread and beverages are always plentuful.“
“Smokey Bones happened to be right across the street from our hotel, so after eating at one years ago, we thought we’d give it a try. We found some unique things on the menu, including our choice, the Stacked Baked Potato. The chock full potato along with a nice side salad was perfect. If I see this restaurant again while traveling, I’d happily go again.“

I feel like the waitresses or waiters are always in a decent mood and check on me enough that I feel taken care of but they're busy enough to not be more involved when I'm eating and I don't ever feel interrupted. I've always had a supervisor just introduce themselves to me with a smile and tell me their name in case I ever need anything.The quality of the food is still good considering what's happening to restaurants these days. “This to me is an absolute hidden gem in plain sight. A 200 year old bar located in downtown Columbus with sandwiches and pizza. Pool table and darts with a great vibe. Lisa was an awesome bartender who delivered great times and service. It's laid back with great food. The pizza was perfect with a thin crust and spicy sauce. My husband got wings which he fully enjoyed and my son got the loaded fries. The fries are fresh cut and delicious!Fast forward to yesterday, and after having lost too much weight (not eating meat) and tired from unpacking, I had a taste for barbecue. This time I was ready for all Station House 81 had to offer. I got two pulled pork sliders and a brisket slider in a basket and it did not disappoint! My husband got the pork belly and it was awesome. The food was DELICIOUS, just as good as in the restaurant, if not better, and everybody loved it!! “I loved bb.q Chicken Columbus! This was my first experience with Korean fried chicken. The chicken was covered in thin crispy batter bubbles that shattered in your mouth. The chicken was not only juicy, but the sauces that coat each piece elevate the explosion of flavor. We ordered the cheeseling, Gangnam and honey garlic chicken with a side of tteokbokki. The cheeseling was the most unique chicken flavor I've ever had. The chicken was covered in a cheesey dust, a coating so heavy that you have to be careful about inhaling too close to the wing. It took me a second to appreciate the flavor because it was so unique, but I feel in love quickly. In addition to the cheeseling chicken, I loved the tteokbokki. The consistency of the sauce was so velvety, it was almost like gravy. Even though it was spicy, it was rich in flavor that was sweet and tangy.“

“Amazing steak and delicious bread + mashed potatoes. Fries aren't the best but the steak more than made up for it. Root beer was great too. Also, they donated every dollar of my meal to Indian Lake tornado victims. Very respectful and nice place“

“I tried Mike's while at Henmicks Brewery which is in rural northern Delaware County (Ohio). Mike's was one of several food trucks parked prominently in the front. At the time his line of customers wasn't too long. Since I could be seen by some as a bit of a smoked meat snob, and always ready to try a new place I thought, why not. Upon ordering, I struck up a brief conversation with Mike and told him to fix me something good. He asked, "What do you like?" to which I replied "I like meat", to which he replied, while pointing his finger at me and smiling "Pork nachos". The rather heaping plate of pulled pork nachos arrived shortly. The pork had great smoke flavor. Not overpowering. I'd guess hickory but I didn't confirm. The right amount of toppings so as not to take away from the star of the show, the pork. Mike's prices were reasonable and a good value. I don't believe this truck has been in business a long time but it appeared clean inside and out and well organized. Everyone was friendly and joked with the customers creating an upbeat atmosphere. All the food coming out looked good, to the extent that my wife saw my nachos and later got her own. Sorry, no pics this time. Try Mike's.“

There is a tenderness and flavor in Ray Ray's offerings that are second to none, and those traits came through with flying colors in their special Brisket Poutine. Even though the Poutine won't be around forever, their Meatsweats dish will be, and you would be well served to indulge in it.“
