“I have returned from my hiatus to speak on behalf of parable (again). Pastries just wake me up like nothing else. I say that but every time I try to get to parable "early" (i.e., before 10am), I fail to do so ;'( But it's ok! These days there are still goodie pastries available for the sleepy birbs (hurrah) Unfortunately, my gastrointestinal system did not hunger at that hour of the morn, so the spinach artichoke danish was a bit of an underwhelming experience, even though the danish was freshly toasted ;'( I liked the chip though (cronch). Otherwise, it kind of gave artichoke dip but served in a pastry vessel instead of a plastic container. I enjoyed the honey grapefruit brûlée circle croissant and guava cream cheese pastelito more. Neither were too sweet and both had nice crispity crunchities! Service was very thoughtful as well! Whenever staff brought pastries to someone's table, they'd always ask if the person would like a fork and would then go run and grab one. I personally prefer to go feral on my food with my fingers but the gesture seemed very kind. Also, I'm pretty sure the entire album of The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess was played. “We’ve been going to Isa for a while, so when we started planning our wedding, she was honestly our first and only choice. Yes, her pastries are out of this world and I could wax poetic on them - specifically the sweet potato one, look if you know you know - but this review is for the absolute masterpiece of a wedding cake that she put together for us. Because we’re long standing customers, we actually ended up doing both the spring/summer and the fall/winter tasting boxes. There is no wrong answer here, every single cake she makes is delicious, but we ended up going with the pretty traditional almond raspberry with the raspberry jam. It’s sweet, it’s decadent, and it was a huge hit with our guests. And god, just look at it! So beautiful! 100% worth it, choose Isa and Three Bites for all your pastry and cake needs!“

We had a large group of 7 and the chef and staff went out of their way to get us seated, pushing tables together and checking on us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. And they don't sacrifice flavor in their espresso or coffees for how quick they are!! I highly recommend their iced lattes with oat milk. If you are celiac or gluten free like me they have a couple of options like kind bars, gf oatmeal cups, and this protein bar (my personal fav)! Their bagels and muffins look great too! My wife and I stopped in for a couple Açaí bowls today and while we were initially concerned about the price $12 per bowl, we were quickly distracted by the fantastic customer service. The young lady’s working the counter were incredibly friendly helpful. Now for the Açaí bowl. The best I have had by a country mile. This was delicious. French fruit ice, cold sorbet, fresh granola and at the recommendation of the employees, peanut butter. This all came together to make an absolutely can’t amazing meal. A good addition for this store could be printed handheld menus for those who may have a visual disability. Overall, this is a great store with great service, coffee, and environment.“

They have a herd of Bison at the nature center. A real love herd. The volunteer I interacted with was awesome. He knew his stuff. He even hit me with a question that not many people know about. What can grey fox do that red fox can't. Grey fox can climb a tree. And the red fox cant. I knew the answer. But I was so happy to have a fun and interactive time here. “A great location. Indoor seating is adequate, and supplemented by some outdoor seats as well. Parking is plentiful, which isn't common for the area. I didn't try any of their chocolate, but the coffee itself was great; some of the best I've had in almost half a decade of living in Ohio. It almost had me feeling like I was in Seattle again.“
“We looked at making a reservation on a Friday and they were booked up until 815pm. So we just decided to stop by anyways and they actually had comfortable seating at the bar. Our bartender/server was very attentive. She was very knowledgeable about the different signature cocktails they offered. The first mixed drink we tried was "Whats the buzz"! I believe that the correct name. You are to take these two flowers that make your mouth number for a couple of minutes and then drink some of the drink. I don't know how I feel about that drink. The second one she tried was the "Agave Cooler" and was good. For our meal, she has the fried chicken sliders, and I had the New York Strip well done. The sliders were good, but the steak was a bit dry. It seemed like they put it on the grill for the grill marks and then nuked it in the microwave. The steak had no juice at all underneath it on the plate. If I ate steak sauce with my steaks, today would have been the day to do so. I told the server, and she knocked some off of my bill. I didn't expect anything from telling her, but it was much appreciated. I'd still give them a 5 star for the overall experience!!“
