“Had my first meal at this White Castle today. The whole staff was on it! Scott checked us out and as soon as the noon rush was over Scott was out cleaning tables all with a smile. Also asking people if they needed anything. Food was as I was wanting but the service at the counter and at the grill was superb.”

“My husband and I just left Olive Garden more than impressed by our 5 star service given by Ms. Sierra. We threw our order out at her all at once including dessert and my husband mentioned we needed to eat quickly and sure enough she had everything out on the table in 7-10 mins. We arrived at Olive Garden at 3:40 had the majority of our food on the table by 3:47 and we were out the door, to go boxes in hand, by 4 in order to make it to our event. Hands down the best service we have ever had. Thankyou Sierra.”

“Food was great. I asked for a ranch dressing to go because I had southwest shrimp left over. Eric was to get it for me. I waited for about 10 minutes for it and he never returned with it. I had to go because I had people waiting on me.”

“Sept 16, 2021 We just ate here today. They have new owners. Manny and her husband are no longer there. We were sad not to see Manny and her husband. But we decided to give it a try. Also, it is now open 7 days a week to indoor dining. The new owners are trying to keep the food and menu the same as before, and was trained how to make the same dishes and use same products as previous owners. They are doing a very good job too. Our food was spot on. Great service by our waitress, Monica. She is very sweet and friendly. We met the new owner but I don’t remember his name. He was a very nice gentleman. Great cook. We had the Pad se ew and Yaki Soba. Very good. Don’t hesitate to give them a try. Great Service and great food. Chuck and Patty Also note, they have no way to update this Facebook”

“Best customer service ever. while there tonight, we had Ricky as our server, at first he seemed a little nervous with us, I'm not sure if he's new to the job, or had a not so good table before us, but he eventually warmed up to us, started joking with us, kept up on refills, checked in multiple times with us. towards the end of our meal, he asked if we wanted anything else, jokingly i said "a winning lottery ticket" as its very common to say when asked that. Ricky says "hold on a minute" grabs his wallet from his pocket, and hands me a winning scratch off lottery ticket. This is the first time ever with a long history of dining out that I have seen this happen. Ricky you are THE MAN, and if this review actually gets read by your management team, you deserve a raise!”

“The girl that was working today at 1:30 was amazing! Even though she was working alone, she had in store and pick up customers taken care of as fast as she could. Her time management skills are a 10. That girl deserves a raise!!”

“As a member of the Guernsey Valley Old Car Club, I visited the restaurant today and enjoyed my meal. My only complaint was that the music, (I grew up in a musical family), was too loud for us to have much of a conversation during our visit. I will still definitely come back again.”

“We were in the area (Heath, OH) and decided to get quick lunch. The place is fairly clean and the food was good considering it's kinda fast food and cheap fare. Our cashier Alex just stood up the most. He was kind, patient and informative (we haven't eaten Fazoli in 5-6 years). He takes his job seriously and you can see that. We really appreciate his service.”

“They're open Thanksgiving. Definitely not what we were expecting- this is more a fast food place than a sit down restaurant. We went through the drive through. Food was hot and fresh so we're pleasantly surprised. Beats Bob Evans or Applebee's for us. Portions are what you'd expect for less than $10 a meal.”

“5☆☆☆☆☆ Amazing variety of shakes and tea flavors to choose from! Friendly and helpful staff! The only problem is that there is so many options to choose from that makes me always feel indecisive, because everyone that I have had so far is so good! I have never walked out disappointed with a drink that I haven't liked. Whether you are wanting a quick sweet treat on the healthier side, an energy booster, or if you need that pre/after workout to recover and satisfy your quench, then I highly recommend coming here and giving this place a chance! 5 stars hands down! 5☆☆☆☆☆”

“I will absolutely NEVER go to this Starbucks ever again! Not only are they super slow and rude... I was harassed 3 times for having my 3lb Yorkie/Beagle on my lap in a blanket. He is training to be my emotional support, and then eventually (if he qualifies). One boy asked me about him and gave me a hard time about it. Less than 10 minutes later, a girl approached me, asking about him.. he never made a noise or moved off my lap! As my friend and I were heading out the door, a woman chased after us telling me Starbucks didn't recognize emotional support dogs as per ADA! Not only was I harassed while trying to visit my friend, but I was attacked outside in front of people walking by! I have TBI, anxiety, and PTSD! I also suffer severely from fibromyalgia... stress... like the harassment causes me to have a flare-up, and I was in severe pain the rest of the day! Along with my anxiety and PTSD going through the roof. All over a 3lb puppy in training! This was unnecessary and just not good business. See pics of the puppy to see how harmless my little man is. We were legit in training! $150..”

“My Philly Cheese Steak meal was the best philly cheese steak I have ever had. It was DELICIOUS! This was my first time to a Charleys and I immediately looked up locations in Missouri to see if there are any near me. The staff was so nice and the restaurant was so clean.”

“We love that Bojanges has come to our area in Ohio. The Bo's chicken sandwich is my favorite. Staff is always friendly, it's always clean. Have never gotten anything bad at Bojangles.
Now, if they could get their regular bone-in chicken going here, that'd be great!”
