“Morning staff are amazing but throughout the day customer service gets worse. I don't care about a wait time, I don't even care if someone wanna give me attitude. I just want my food. Literally my only peeve is being shorted my order repeatedly. If it's once or twice I don't care, customer service is hard. But everytime I show up after 7pm something in my order has to be wrong.As for the positives, quickest drive through around, idk what they be doing but the breakfast at this location somehow tastes better, same with any chicken product. The ice cream machine has never been down when I went.“

“Used the app to place a mobile order while I was down the street getting gas. My order of a hot chai latte and bacon egg and cheese croissant was ready by the time I drove the short distance.While this location is semi out of my way of my house, it is on my way home from work, so I'll be stopping back without a doubt.Staff was nice and friendly.Food was delicious.My only minor complaint is, and this is no fault to the store, but you can only make a right turn when leaving. Naturally, I need to make a left. I'll work around it somehow.“

“I was sketch about trying this place.But.I did it.And.The wings, are the biggest breaded wings I’ve had in over 10 years. DO NOT STOP MAKING BIG WINGS PLEASE?! Most places do this. Then start to skimp and give you smaller wings over time.Updated to 5 star, after a second, great experience here.Your wings rock. DO NOT CHANGE ANY PART OF THAT!!!! “Top notch all around. Friendliest staff, all their food is incredible, and their drinks are the best in the area by far. We live 15 mins away and I’m both sad and relieved we’re not closer because we would be there every day. Currently drinking a Dunkin frappe and it’s so bad it inspired me to review Couchland which isn’t even open today. I hope they never close for longer than a holiday stretch.“

“The food is amazing. Been there 2x now and both times OUTSTANDING. The spanakopita is hands down the BEST I've ever had. The Greek salad was delicious and the quality ? Both of us today commented on the quality ingredients. The feta cheese is crumbly but not dry at all, flavorful not salty, creamy but not gooey. The scones are delicious not average. Great flavor and the texture is extra fine. I can't find a flaw in anything I've had there. Truly a destination for lunch.“

“An absolute must-stop when in the area. Great pastries and desserts mixed with terrific hot and cold drinks makes me wish I was a local and could go frequently. Additionally, I haven't met an employee that wasn't kind and personable. Their whole bean coffees on hand are some of my favorite blends and brew perfectly in a French Press; I always stock up when in town. Arabica will not disappoint.“

“Service was slow at the door but at the table it was spot on. The Nashville Chicken was perfect sandwich I will try the salmon the next time I go. The bagel sandwich was eh. They need to buy real bagels from a real bagel store. bialys is a good suggestion if ownership is reading this. They have a distribution for restaurants. The Bloody Mary was ok I would not suggest it unless you like tomato juice. The music was a great pleasure while eating brunch in a Sunday. This is a good place to grab food and entertainment. We will be back“

“I live about 5 minutes from two Dunkins, but I only go to this one because the coffee is consistently really good. I have never gotten a bad, weird tasting coffee from here and I come almost every morning on the way to work. The manager and workers are really nice and the drive thru moves really fast.“

“The food, quality and value surpasses all other neighboring diners. The service is personal and can be slightly above average. The ambience is very homey and cliquish. A man was sitting there, not eating, just chilling with his very large dog, which made me uncomfortable because I'm highly allergic.“

“Nice coffee shop. I usually get a Matcha latte which is always good and fairly priced. It is a challenging coffee shop to sit and read a book in with the loud pop music playing, and the occasional ad from not paying for their streaming service. Aside from the music, I’d like if the lighting was a little warmer. But overall it’s an enjoyable place to be and makes nice use of a historic structure in downtown Willoughby.“

“This was the most inviting interior of a McDonald's I've ever seen. It was immaculately clean. The flowers on each table caught my eye. For how busy the place was via the drive thru, eating in felt like we were anywhere but a fast food restaurant, let alone McDonald's. What a pleasant experience!“

“This is a nice spot to go grab a cup of joe and they have a nice selection of desserts too. I like the jumbo chocolate chip cookies and the brownies they offer. Atmosphere was very clean and the service is very friendly. I visited in May. It was nice to relax outside and enjoy a cool breeze while eating my cookies.“

“Great coffee, tasty food & lovely atmosphere!!! But, make sure to check your order, before you leave. Usually customer service is good. But unfortunately, not today. My husband and I have frequented Biggby often over the last 2 months. This morning husband ordered a medium decaf Teddy Bear for me. Just the way I like it, the whipped cream dressings and all. Yum! He ordered it in a large cup so it would maintain. Once opening it, the dressings & whip were totally missing. Ok, mistakes happen. He takes it right back, and he had to pay for the coffee, again! The guy made him pay for 2 cups of coffee, on their mistake. Really!?!? Not, a big deal, but very disappointing. We'll be back! But, be SURE to check your coffee order before you leave, or you may have to "pay" for their mistake.Parking: There are about 8 spots right in front. Busy area, so you can usually find a spot.“

“Our family stopped in for lunch. There are lots of soup, salad, and sandwich options! With two young ones, they loved pepperoni and cheese pizza! My daughter, who has celiac, loved having gluten-free wrap options. She went with chicken pesto and chips. I got the Steph's salad, which was amazing with strawberries and nuts. My husband got the Asian salad. It was all very fresh!There are two entrances, one outside and one from the mall. The staff was super friendly and the place was well maintained. There are mall restrooms right outside the doors.From a blind perspective, I was able to move easily between tables. The windows provide lots of natural light. “I love Cafe Europa. Had a taste for the chicken paprikash and so stopped in and it was summer and raining out, so it was quiet inside It's only a few patrons in one on the covered patio. Love their homemade Italian dressing for the salad and the chicken paprikash taste it was great as always, a generous portion. Enough potential room though for the dessert. Couple of beers available and wine by the bottle if you're inclined to have a drink too. Very comfortable eating here alone.“

“Giving this a five star rating because it as so much potential. Our drinks were solid and the muffin was good. But it has such a cute name but the place feels like a Scottish pub. It’s dark and could be a total different vibe with some work.“

“My sisters and I stopped by for a late breakfast. All was good except for the worst blueberry muffin on the planet. Not sure they wanted to get rid of some gluten free ones or just an old one. Either way I paid an upcharge for it over toast. Little things make a difference.“

“An excellent coffee and customer service experience. I can finally give this coffee shop 5 stars now that I have officially tried all of their drinks. Ranging from a classic mocha to the bizarre Cleavelander(Mocha Mango) they have a mocha drink for everyone. That's right, they have lattes however their real trade is mocha specific with a personalized mocha blend that makes every drink come to life. Anyone can put syrups in coffee and milk. Not everyone can make a mocha that you can come back to consistently.“

“Drive thru was packed, I went inside. Was the only person. Barista was amazing and gave me the best frappé I'd ever had, seriously. Everything was great aside from the fruit flies in the bakery case. Apparently that's in 100% Starbucks, they don't serve the food that's in it.“

“Really nice Starbucks. Big dining area and a really large drive through. Easy access in and out of the parking area. Great shopping near by and lots of other fun stuff to do. People working at this location were very friendly and also helpful. We would definitely recommend this Starbucks and will definitely be going back again soon.“

“I go to this very super-awesome, super-fantastic place and drive-thru every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) morning. Sometimes I get the big breakfast. Other days, I get the super cool Sausage Egg McMuffin. And today, I got the Sausage Egg McMuffin. Along with the hash brown. Staff was reasonable and professional with our food this morning. Breakfast food was delivered to our car quicker. Drinks were delivered quicker, too. Drive-thru at breakfast time and lunch time is always quick. Always the best customer service 24 hours, day in and day out, always the same.“

“Hands down, best Starbucks in Lake County. I work by three other Starbies, but I avoid them. Emerson, Nancy, Regan, Dom, all the folks here are sweet as a tall iced chai with oat milk! ❤️ I sometimes come up to work from here a few hours in the afternoons and am always happy I did so.“

“I'll start with AMAZING, in every respect - especially the staff behind the counter Lou and Mero. You guys rock. After having had one my worst lifetime coffee experiences the day before in Little Italy (you probably know what store I'm talking about - gag), I had my doubts about another Cleveland Coffee Shop. Well, boy was I dead wrong. First of all you can (must) get your coffee in either glassware or ceramic - did you know that in the US we use 16 billion single use coffee cups a year? Not to mention it tastes much better. So A+ for that. Then, the spelling of all the espresso drinks is correct. Major pet peeve to see missing Cs and Ps in cappuccino, missing H or C in Macchiato etc. And they have Cortado! Two bean choices for espresso drinks including a single origin from Oaxaca?! OMG. And Lou speaks accentless Spanish? Oh, and the cortados and cappuccino were seriously top notch. Spoiled in LA with amazing coffee shops everywhere, but I wish we had Lou, Mero and Rising Star here as well. Well done Cleveland! Can't wait to go back. Gracias.“

“Very busy place, so don't expect things quickly during rush times...they aren't super human. With that, I will say that this crew moved like a finally oiled machine. They were fun to watch, they were fast and efficient, well coordinated, and courteous. We are just passing through, but I think that the people that live in this area are very lucky to have this Starbucks crew.“

“Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The menu is limited and I wasn't sure if it was exclusive. I felt a bit d*** but I asked if I could order a vanilla latte. Lol. The cashier said yes of course but so you know we only have sugar free vanilla right now, is that ok? Then while I was waiting the barista was hilarious. Great service. The latte was delicious as well. The lids fit right. BUT the sleeves don't actually insulate the cup so your hand will be warm.“

“This Starbucks, not the employees fault, has the worst drive through/park setup up. if you park it’s nearly impossible to back up and get out. I recommend drive through only. But aside from that, I ordered a drink and breakfast sandwich and upon leaving realized I got the wrong sandwich. Right when I turned around and walked in to exchange, the drive through said “we knew as soon as you pulled away, here you go!” That was a nice greeting and great customer service.
