Great donuts, and friendly staff!
The cashier used several terms of endearment. She needs to be told that people do not like that. She called me my love several times, she doesn’t even know me.
Ordered online to be able to quickly grab and go. The inside was closed. We called to ask if we had to wait in the long line when we ordered online. There were atleast 20 cars ahead of us. We were told we had to wait in line because they can't open the door. They need a better process. It should be posted on the website that inside dining is closed along with even though you order online you have to wait in line.

However, there can be issues with order accuracy, such as receiving the wrong donuts, especially with increased prices. Recently, customers traveled across town for the special Grinch donut series but found limited availability and issues with online orders. One customer noted the dirty floor and entrance, with squished donuts and papers. Despite this, the delightful smell of donuts cooking was a highlight.
This location is cool, especially for those who haven't seen the donut-making process before. The staff were friendly and answered questions, and one employee even gave out free hot glazed donuts when the hot light is on. However, some customers felt that the new Grinch donuts did not look as advertised, with comments about their appearance. There were also reports of being out of certain items, but the experience still brought plenty of laughs among family and friends.
