“You have to try this amazing place!!! Quick service like lightning fast, incredible food, and ice cold mugs for the ice cold beer. My boyfriend literally said that's the best burrito he's ever had and he's been around for 48 years so he's tried a lot. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!!“

“Best kept secret in Lake County. The food is off the charts and has been for quite a while now. it is a biker friendly bar. So, if you are offended easily or a little soft, this probably isn't for you. And the management is truly OK with that. But if you want truly stellar food and reasonably priced drinks, this is the place. Family types need not apply“

“Been here a handful of times over the past year. Mainly for their golf simulator. They have 2 bays. Super spacious there with a couple TVs. The cost of the simulator was only $20/hr on a Wednesday afternoon, took my 4 year old! It was great time to spend with her and hang for a bit. Played here with buddies in the past too, and just on my own dialing in my clubs. Never crowded during the week. And again, the cost of a bay during the week is about $25! CANNOT beat that! The bar itself is rather huge. LOTS of TVs, sportsbook, etc. Solid draught lineup always. Their bartenders and staff might be some of the nicest people. Always enjoyable convo and just super pleasant folks.I have ate here a few times and its pretty standard bar food. Nothing fancy, but a solid meal nevertheless! If you are thinking of going here...do it! You wont be disappointed. Book a bay online before you go and hit some balls while you drink and eat!Kid-friendliness: They threw on some cartoons for my 4 year old while he hit some golf balls. Didn't even ask! Solid stuff.“

“Had a wonderful dinner of mozzarella stuffed corn fritters ($10), vegetable risotto ($17), and flatbread with garlic white sauce and Italian sausage ($13). Everything was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. They definitely have a good chef. The corn fritters were crispy on the outside and creamy, cheesy on the inside, with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce. The risotto had lots of veggies and a balsamic reduction drizzle. The flatbread had a delicious garlic white sauce and just the right balance of toppings. Plus, we each had a Happy Hour” drink for $5 each. They also have a very extensive wine and beer list that includes 24 IPAs on tap (and growlers to go were around $11 each). They have a large outdoor patio area that can also be enclosed in case of inclement weather. This place was a winner and we’ll be back!“

“A small quiet place with some of the best food you’ll ever have. I absolutely love their hamburgers and fries which are freshly cooked not frozen! The lady with the long dark hair that works there is incredible and always makes you feel special. Also their drink and food prices are very reasonable making this bar/restaurant one of the most affordable in town.“

“We had the shrimp tacos today. They were delicious! We love the lunch special with 2 tacos and chips with several guacamole choices. The prices are more than reasonable. Our server went out of his way to remove the jalapeños from my order.“
“I moved to a home not too far from this place and have driven by it numerous times. I was always curious and finally on a warm Friday evening I decided to drop in after reading many positive reviews both on Facebook and on Google. Boy, was I ever pleasantly surprised. The environment is very cozy and inviting. Despite it being a local neighborhood bar it wasn't obnoxiously loud and was actually quite comfortable. The bars owner and namesake, "Michael" came and personally introduced himself to myself and my Mother. I enjoyed a large "Double Decker" hamburger with french fries while my Mom enjoyed a delicious cup of some of the best tasting Brocolli-Cheddar soup I've ever tasted. We also sampled the Loaded Potato Skins as an appetizer and it was quite good. The dining area was very clean and easy to navigate. I'll definitely be returning here again soon.“

“Trader Jacks is a quaint little place in Eastlake. They have great fried perch, delicious freshly made potato skins, and the cocktails are on point. It sits off of lakeshore in the cut, and they have beautiful patios as well. Today, we sat at the bar because everyone was out trying to enjoy this beautiful day, and I wasn't disappointed at all. Our service at the bar might've been the best service we've had thanks to Brad. Brad was professional with very solid suggestions. We watched Brad single handled make cocktail order after cocktail order while also giving us and the other bar patrons excellent service. Brad is definitely an asset.“
“I had the pleasure of being surprised for my 40th Birthday at a private party here. Katie Uminski did an amazing job all by herself dealing with us from start to finish. Everything went great and we look forward to using them again in the future! If you're looking for somewhere for a small private party I highly recommend her at The Yard On 3rd!“

“Nostalgia, to me, is underrated. We've always driven past, wanting to stop in and check it out. We finally did and weren't disappointed. Very cool bar; it reminds me of a cool basement party from the 80's and 90's with pretty much any arcade game you'd want to play. The games are the real arcade systems from the day, not those huge machines as you'd find down the road (?), but if you like that sort of thing ? - waste your ?.Any whoo, Nostalgia is theperfect place to meet up with friends (or even for date night), have some cocktails and food, and enjoy the games (and great memories of yesteryears). We ate prior to visiting but glanced the menu to check the options for our next visit (yep, definitely returning). There were a lot of varieties on the menu, and the drinks were good pours ? ?The owner was there and very nice, as well as the barmaid; she was friendly, attentive, and kind.We will definitely return and bring our friends. This place is definitely a gem for Nostalgia.“

“A hidden gem in downtown Painesville. The food is always delicious and fresh. The lobster bisque soup is one the very best we've ever had! It's cozy in the winter and chill in the summer sitting outside on the patio. Always a great choice!“
“Happy to give an honest review of a great, local establishment.Went to get some draft beers at the Buffalo Wild Wings next store to Gilbert's and was met with horrid customer service.Myself and 3 others happily walked in to Gilbert's (100 feet from Buffalo Wild Wings) to get some Xmas ale! This was not the kind of bar where people turn their heads and glare at you... it felt warm and welcoming! The bar was full, but the bartender immediately approached us and took our order. She was so kind and sweet. We got our 4 Xmas ales and sat over by the wall -- which was covered with adorable pictures of dogs! We put some music on the touch tunes with no pushback, and shortly after a man approached us. We thought we were going to get scolded for our music selection, but instead it was the Bar owner introducing himself and genuinely thanking us for coming to his bar.He explained that Gilbert was his dog and this bar was dedicated to Gilbert -- hence the wall of dogs!!We really thought this was a fantastic idea (the 4 of us being dog moms) and we're so touched by the owners gesture to introduce himself and explain the bar history. We are SO thankful for this local bar and will never go to b-dubs in lyndhurst again. Prices were great, staff was very friendly, and the bar & bathrooms were very clean!Only call out here -- no draft beer, but they had an excellent selection to choose from! Can't wait to come back! Can't wait to go back!!“

“The Wild Goose serves up the usual pub grub, but it also happens to be exceptionally good pub grub! The draft beer list was quite respectable and featured a good balance of local and regional craft beers mixed with the usual macrobrew suspects. As for the food, the loaded goose fries were a surprisingly smashable and satisfying mess of starchy potatoes, gooey cheese, tangy aioli, smoky bacon… and a sprinkling of tomatoes to make the whole thing healthy. The pizza was, unbelievably, even more of a flavor explosion, featuring rich (but not greasy) sauces and cheeses layered atop a thin and crispy crust. (The char from the on-site pizza oven really shone through in a positive way!) The staff, meanwhile, were all very attentive and friendly. My only complaint was that the sports bar vibes didn’t do anything for me, but by the end of the meal I was in too much of a food coma to really care about my surroundings.“

“Our first time here, we weren't sure what to expect. Local bar atmosphere but everyone was so friendly, even the other patrons. My Porch burger was excellent and prices very reasonable. Bonus, they are dog friendly! We'll be back.“

“Whoo hoooo! What a place! Amazing bartender (Angela), fantastic food (chicken sandwiches were particularly good) prices tastier than the meals, drinks freely pouring ...people all friendly (one table of seven super boisterous but in a good way just loud) we had a great time and happy hour was 3-7!!!“

“Awesome. Servers ran around like chickens with their heads removed. They were friendly and delivered crab after crab. This is the real deal, the crab was fresh not over cooked and delicious, the redskin potatoes were the bomb. I can't wait to go back and feel guilty telling others about this secret¡“

“Friendly place with a lot of regulars. The bartenders are great. Today it was Sarah. She's friendly and professional at the same time. The regular menu is predictable but good bar food. But always check out the specials for homemade soups and more. Today I had the special: breaded pork chop with home fries and mixed veggies which was great at 15$. Cozy place. Great juke box. Check the joint out.“

“Lunch with the wife. She had chicken marsala and I had a Chicken Ceasar Salad. She said the Marsala was good and the portion was large. My Salad was excellent and also a huge portion. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Red Hawk never disappoints! And it is nearly time of the year for lunch on the patio.“

“Ist visit. Service was good and pork cutlet was delicious. Evening was spoiled by the obnoxious women at the bar with her consistent very loud outbursts. Many customers were very annoyed. Staff should have spoken to her. Will think twice before returning.“

“All around great place. Every staff member is so friendly and welcoming. Brittney has an amazing talent. My daughter's and I attended a murder mystery dinner she orchestrated. We had so much fun. The plot was very intriguing. Each character was carefully well created. Because of the all details it's obvious she put a lot of herself into this. A true passion. I hope she host another in the near future.“
“Good bar food. Great bartenders. The owner is really nice and the place is clean. There is a pool table and a couple of games to play, jukebox and decent prices for drinks and food. Some specials during the week and Karaoke Friday nights. Overall a nice local Mayfield Pub.“

“We hosted our first edition of Secret Society Comedy at Billy's Martini Bar last weekend, and the space was perfect. Katarina and the team went above and beyond in communication, collaboration, and service so we could focus on bringing the best show possible for our guests. We can't wait to come back to Billy's for more laughs!“
“Came here for the Cadillac/ LaSalle steak roast a few times. Its a private club but you can rent the lower, back half out for parties, briss, or even a geriatric swingers party! Its super clean and has a great old-school feel to it. Inside has a bar, bathrooms and outside has ample parking and a big covered gazeebo with fire pit! Upstairs is the bar for all the Eagles members. Its big and always seems to be busy. If I lived closer I would deffinately be trying to get a membership here fo sho! Beer selection is standard Bud, Millerz and Coors piss beer. Older crowd but with a little whiskey, me and some older women might be having a 3 way!“

“As always, a wonderful experience. Manon was a top-rate server. Hubs had the lobster/shrimp soup and raved about it. He also loved his pork chops; thick and perfectly cooked. The tomato bisque soup comes with grilled cheese croutons; very imaginative and delicious! We saw lots of people leaving with pizzas; will have to try one the next time we're here. Love the Cupcake of the Day.We have come here during standard dinner hours and have not been able to find a parking spot. That's the price we pay for enjoying a very popular restaurant. We have learned to come during other times.“
