“Are you looking for a local coffee shop that has amazing food, wonderful drinks and the friendliest staff? Well then Morning Ritual is definitely a place I recommend! The breakfast sandwich is one of the best in town, with homemade biscuits that are simply amazing!! The baristas working in the morning are some of the best I have encountered, and I have visited many other coffee shops in the area. Brittany, Marissa, and Arlo are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming. They really work hard to get to know their customers and greet everyone with a smile.In my opinion this is just as valuable as the wonderful coffee they serve. I would definitely recommend trying out Morning Ritual if you want to be greeted with a smile and leave with a yummy breakfast/coffee.“
“I took my 3 year old daughter here to get her a cake pop. We went with the peppermint cake. She took one little bit and spit it out and said it was too spicy. The lady working on the coffee overheard her and brought her a pink cake pop. Little things like this make a huge difference in people's lives. Great customer service!“

“I have lived in New Albany for a year and a half, and I have stopped at this Starbucks while shopping in Kroger and today was the best one yet. I met Sandy and a pleasure it was to chat with her while she made my drink. She is just a sweetheart. “Went through the drive-thru, line was long but moved quickly. Drive thru cashier could have been a bit more cheerful, not even a smile and only told me what I owed. Was given 3 of my items then waited for my fourth without him saying it would be ready in a minute just had to "guess" it was not ready.“
“This Dunkin provides consistently good food. The service was friendly. The inside of the restaurant was in need of attention. When we arrived, the dining area was nearly empty, but every table was covered in crumbs. There was plenty of counter help, but many of the employees were more interested in conversing with one another.“

“This review would be worse if it wasn’t for Erica. My hangry wife and daughter were ready to chew my legs off as we waited for a long time for our food so I decided to approach the counter. We had already waited so long while they serviced all the cars in the drive through but, what really made matters worse was the two people working behind the counter completely ignoring me, even after making eye contact. Luckily, Erica came back from delivering food to the outside window and immediately addressed my concerns and calmed the wild beasts that I call family. If it wasn’t for Erica, I wouldn’t even be able to write this review! Way to go Erica!“
“I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for Koffee Paradise. My kids and I love going to coffee shops, incentively treating ourselves while doing school work/reading. What I have found is that Koffee Paradise has hit all facets in what a cafe is ideally like! First off, the drinks that were ordered were amazing! I had the peppermint white mocha, which was literally the best tasting coffee I’ve had in years. Normally if I like something, I continue to get it and so far it has been continually consistent. I also had their matcha and ube cookies, they were delicious and will be ordering again. My kids had a frozen hot chocolate and a summer mist, both of which were fantastic. If you’re into aesthetics, this place is beautifully decorated. The theme has a calming nature feel that flows well throughout the store with plenty of seating; you can tell this design was well thought out. And lastly, the staff have excellent customer service. You will always be greeted with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. In this day and age, it’s rare to find a cafe that hits all these things in a consistent manner. But Koffee Paradise seems to be that exception.“
“I wish I lived closer. This place is amazing. I had the most delicious iced Mocha ever. And the Morning bun with chocolate is amazing. I also got a yogurt with granola and it was wonderful. This is a must visit. Especially if you love coffee and pastries.“
