I was not super impressed by this place because as a person who doesn't drink coffee, they didn't have too many options. Which is fair considering that it is a coffee shop! I really wanted a matcha but they didn't have it, so I got a chai but it wasn't the best chai ever, the chai flavor was not very strong. Like this spot. I'm not a local, so whenever we stop by, even if we have to wait in line and for food, it's a treat. I had a GF version of this sandwich, it was tasty and also a well crafted Americano. A friend had a late, and both were worth the wait.

First time having visiting here. It is a great place for breakfast and lunch. I wanted to try sticky bun, but it ran out but the morning bun was awesome. Great portion size so come hungry. The mocha was awesome
