“I love this store. It is clean and well stocked. Customer service is efficient and friendly. It is well managed, with manager often interacting with customers. Its reward program works for me. I dont get gas here, I choose to use my perks mainly for food--As gas is cheaper at BJs wholesale club. You have to check meat tho. Sometimes the expiration is that day. Yikes. Deducting one star for that and gas program.“
“We started coming to this Kroger in March when the Pandemic was in full swing. It's 3 miles from our home and our other Kroger is only a mile away from the house; still, we make the weekly short trek to New Albany as this store is better stocked than the other one so it became out tried and true go-to store. Plus, it's on the way to our doggie day care we have more than one stop and it is between our home and where my parents reside in their assisted living in Granville so it became our stop for them since July. Great, great, great consistent staff. Very friendly. Very professional and fun despite this awful time in our country. I will admit when this store was undergoing renovations about a year or so ago, I hate it. There was absolutely no method to the madness where items were temporarily placed. Thank God we hung in there. Now we use both Krogers close to the house. This one for our weekly stop and the other as it has a liquor store inside when we need fresh bottles for our home bar! :)“
“This was the absolute best wedding cake we have ever had. Cake was so moist, fruit filling was the perfect accompaniment and the icing was not overpowering with sweetness. “If you are looking for delicious, one of a kind custom cake or cookies, you want Sugar Rush! Ordered 3 custom cakes & cookies for my 60th birthday party and they were even better than imagined! I went in with a theme in my head, and Frank and his team brought it to life. Best cakes in the entire city!! Weddings, parties, kids parties, BBQs….Sugar Rush can do it! Did I mention they also have a bar for adult beverages!Kid-friendliness: The bakery decor is amazing! Bright colors and giant gummy bears! Milkshakes kids only dream about! “I stopped in randomly on Friday. I picked up 3 red Velvet cupcakes and a peanut butter cupcake to take to my parents. They said they were the best cupcakes they had ever had. My Mom said the red velvet was absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to recommend them to brides. I will definitely be back to get more.“
“Only been to the two in Gahanna and the one on N High St .Now unfortunately both of those are closed.That is the best pie in town I have not been to the last one that is still open.I always went to one of those for special holidays.Sometimes when I was just in the area of the one on N.High St.,I would buy a small one just for myself.I just really miss the ones that have closed. I am just going to have to take the time to find the one that is still open.I only gave 4 stars because there is really no ambiance,but good food and service.“
“I was not super impressed by this place because as a person who doesn't drink coffee, they didn't have too many options. Which is fair considering that it is a coffee shop! I really wanted a matcha but they didn't have it, so I got a chai but it wasn't the best chai ever, the chai flavor was not very strong. Also, I found it strange that the only flavor option for any drink was vanilla! However, I did get a raspberry bun and it was very delicious. They had a ton of food that looked really good but also cute. The vibe of the inside was also very cute, but superrrr loud. We wanted to do a bible study but it ended up being too loud and distracting. Overall I think coffee lovers would really enjoy this place but it's not the coffee shop for me! :)“
