“Our waitress was Kelly, she was absolutely amazing and she was so sweet and made sure our order was made right and there wasn't a single mess up. This restaurant is absolutely amazing. The food is amazing and so is the service. We definitely recommend coming here if your in the area.“
“This is my 2nd time here and the food choices are top notch! The waitresses and bartenders are always amazing! If you come here and are lucky enough to meet Kristin or Autumn you will understand what real customer service is and how they make you feel welcome and invited!“
“Overall pretty neat restaurant! The menu is very limited - 3-4 options per course with 3 courses in total. Would appreciate bigger selection for this place. It’s not “fancy” enough to offer that limited menuAnd the atmosphere was not the best - a bit old/dated, not in a “antique-cool” way. Very simple interiorMeatballs were flavorfulAnd their duck is really goodHow they decided to bring out a ginger beer, after we ordered a ginger ale, because it is “ginger ale was not available, and this is the closest to it” will remain a mystery to me“
“We came in for my wifes birthday, while in Cincinnati. Samantha went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Her recommendations on food, we couldn't stop eating. The stroganoff was rich and creamy and my steak was cooked perfectly. A night we will remember.“
“Stopped on our way from Ohio to Nashville. Quaint little place. Friendly staff food was very good. Had the Burrata which was some toasted baguette pieces with mozzarella and tomato. Also had a Cobb salad and the special sandwich which was a toasted sandwich and cream of mushroom soup. Overall a very tasty stop.“
“Our server, Elijah, was great. He paced the meal well and did not rush us. The food was well prepared. One in our party had the swordfish special. The other had the shrimp scampi which was flavorful as well. Sitting on the enclosed back patio with the fire pit was a nice touch as well as the band that was playing music that was not too loud either. The restaurant is certainly a nice spot and we will be back.“
“We haven't had such a fantastic experience in a restaurant in so long, I forgot what it feels like. We were promptly seated by the hostess, and she was friendly. Our waitress was great and was very polite and attentive. I'll never get tired of having a refill for my drink set down in front of me before I have to ask. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed the decor. I was glad we were almost finished when they sat a couple at the table next to ours, because it is a little close and you're right in each other's conversation. I got the salmon bruschetta to start, and it was so good. Everything tasted so fresh, and the flavors blend beautifully. My girlfriend got the French onion soup, and that looked amazing. She said it tasted really good. We both ordered the filet mignon, and she wanted hers medium rare, and I wanted mine cooked medium. While both steaks were excellent, neither one was cooked as requested, and both were pretty rare. I'm going to let that slide, since everything else was so good. The smoked Gouda Mac and cheese is so damn good, I want the recipe. It's very creamy and delicious. The Brussels sprouts with bacon were excellent and I could eat a bowl of just that. We will definitely be back, and totally understand all the accolades now. Two thumbs up.“
“I love my tacos so much. Today we ordered #8 “Taco Birria Meal” and #18 “Chicken taco meal”. The chicken tacos were amazing everything is fresh the beans can just be eaten by them selves. The Birria meal was amazing. The meat was tender and the shells were perfectly cooked and crunchy. Def at 10/10. The rice was perfectly done. It was just so much great flavor. They have amazing greetings at the front door. Great service from the entry to the table. Best in Cincinnati, I will definitely be back tomorrow.Spanish:I love my tacos very much. Today we ordered #8 “Birria Taco Food” and #18 “Chicken Taco Food.” The chicken tacos were amazing, everything is fresh, the beans can be eaten alone. Birria's food was amazing. The meat was tender and the shells perfectly cooked and crispy. Definitely a 10/10. The rice was perfectly done. It was just a great flavor. They have an amazing greeting at the front door. Great service from the entrance to the table. Best in Cincinnati, will definitely be back tomorrow.“
“We visited here before a play at the Aronoff, a 2 block walk. Our server was excellent. I had an Old Fashioned and the pastrami special , very good. However the half chicken was a bit dry, and overpriced at $30. The other meals at the table were good, it being Friday lent the menu was a bit “
“Food is great, not many gluten free options, though.Dietary restrictions: Not many gluten free options, but the options that they have are tastyParking: Research parking before you go. There are parking meters on the surrounding streets and there are paid parking garages nearbyWheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible entrance and seating“
“Absolutely love it here. The food and service are top notch. This wasn’t our first time and definitely won’t be our last!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options availableDietary restrictions: Adhere to dietary restrictionsParking: Parking is in the garage beside the restaurant. Very accessible“
“The place is like a novel that is about to happen. It's like America in the 1950s all over again. Once you become a regular -- it doesn't take long -- they are happy to see you. They will call you by your first name. There are a lot of working people who come in there for lunch and middle management types with ties and shirts with rolled-up sleeves. They come there because the food is great and the servers are amazing. The servers draw happy pictures on your check saying thank you. You can watch them cook; it's a diner. I usually get a Greek Salad but the hamburgers and fries are great. So are the Gyros with the Tzatziki. Coffee is bottomless and you have to tell them to stop! The food is great and the service is great. It's like family. They are busiest from around 11:30 to about 1:30 PM. They close at 4 PM. They only open on weekdays. They take credit cards.Vegetarian options: Not vegan but you can get salad and sometimes vegetarian soup. It is Mediterranean so you should be able to work something out. Ask the staff what they would recommend.“
“My all time favorite is their liver and onion .. it will melt in your mouth... friendly service..always a smile.. wonderful chefs, have never had anything that wasn't good.. we live about a hour away , and visit at least once a month... a must to visit !! Treat your belly ?“
“The cutest little place for healthy, delicious food! My table got the brussel and shroom quinoa bowl, Mediterranean quinoa bowl, and adobo brisket and cheese sandwich, and everything was scrumptious. Prices are reasonable, food came out hot and quick, and the service is friendly! 5 stars all the way.Parking: It’s a busy area and finding parking, even on a Tuesday night, was difficult.“
“Decided to stop here on our trip with our 2 kids, 5 and 3. The staff were all very friendly and the food and beer were great. We used the QR code to order food and drinks from my phone and it worked great. We tried the dill pickle pizza and the kids had chicken tenders and fries, and it was all fantastic. The staff brought our kids a paper with a scavenger hunt on it. It was not easy, even for an adult, but my kids loved it and it gave them something to do. I found myself looking around for the stuff just as much as my kids. The owner ended up helping us find a couple of the items and he was super friendly and talked to us for a bit. I would definitely go back!“
“Review wrote by my 12 year old son "We thought it was a run of the mill restaurant then we got the food at it was the best food the bathrooms are great and the waiting area benches have real truck backs 5 stars recommend if you come to Cincinnati"“
“I can't say enough about this place! This has to be one of my favorite spots of all time. We stopped in by chance and haven't been able to stop! The service, the consistency, the food is amazing!! Different rich flavors, dishes I've never had before, all really good. I love the people here, and it's just a great environment. And the prices are really good. Definitely try this place!!Definitely try the Curry chino taco, and birria chino taco, and the Coconut Matcha!!Skewers, veggie roll, chicken fried rice, hamburger, fries,Dietary restrictions: Non dairy options for drinks, cocktails, veggie optionsParking: Metered street parking“
“Ive been working in this area past few days and have been trying a new grinder every day. This place has the best hot subs Ive ever had, Just the tip and the Balboa are top tier!!Friendly and caring service, cant go wrong stopping here for lunch. They need some french fries though!“
“Came with a group for lunch. Everything was good. The only complaint from the group was the Swamp Mud drink, apparently it tasted like a black licorice liquor was mixed in for the coloring effect. But the other drinks were on point. The pasta dish was excellent. We will definitely be back.“
“Not much to say. Just burger perfection. Nothing fancy about any of it. Its a dive in the best sense of the word. Just meat, cheese, soft bun, onion and pickle (I add little ketchup and mustard on bottom). Thats it!!! Nothing else needed. I will make the 40 min drive again for sure.“
“Gordos in the hole in the wall burger spot that you didn't know you needed. With thick, unique, and tasty burgers. Thick cut fries come standard. There are so many great burger combos to try, but you need to try either the GFat or the simple PBJ. Across their menu you'll find other sneaky good options like the tacos or the pear salad, but the burgers are the core of why you seek out Gordos. Service can be a little slow, especially when it gets busy, but you can often find this place to be fairly open unless it's a Xavier game day. Helpful to know: Park to the left side of the building in the odd looking lot. The right side of the building parking is owned by a different building/business. On nice days, see if you can sit in the back patio. It's a little oasis from the noisy of Norwoods main drag.“
“Went around 5pm on a Sunday, parking was absolutely packed but we were seated immediately inside. Outside patio had a wait of around an hour, but we could still enjoy the view from our table next to the windows. Service was good and the prices are about standard for a restaurant like this. Food was enjoyable, I had a burger and my girlfriend had a chicken sandwich and both tasted great. I also enjoyed the fries and the Chipotle coleslaw which was a good touch to both meals.“
“Pleasant atmosphere, comfortable seating, friendly staff, good food. Could improve the menu to accommodate a more health-conscious diet of the customers' need and/or choice. They never attempted to include the new plant-based meat alternatives that would be welcome on the menu. The invasion of the valet parking on a vast number of parking spots makes the experience completely unpleasant.Parking: Very difficult to find parking. The service provided by the valet is inconvenient. Sometimes you have to wait a long time until they bring your car.“
“This place is awesome! The food is top notch and high quality. You definitely get what you pay for!The decor was really beautiful and we loved all the plants. We got the mussels and gnocchi which were phenomenal. The beer was perfect and food delicious!“
“Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Seated right away. Server was friendly and professional. Manager was engaged and helpful with egg allergy questions via email beforehand. Hot beer cheese, house truffle chips, Krueger's burger without special sauce or dijonnaise (egg allergy), and Rocky Marciano were all excellent. Rare delicious brioche bun with no eggs! Overall great experience and highly recommended. We'll be back!Dietary restrictions: Egg allergy - no eggs in the brioche bun, beer cheese, pretzels, or house truffle chips“
“Let me being by saying that this was the second time in my life that my wife and I have had a meal so good that we bought drinks for the entire restaurant staff. We went last night and this meal was the best we've ever had in Cincinnati. We began with the oysters and the bone marrow. If you've never had bone marrow like we hadn't, get it. I'm telling you that it's sublime. That was followed with the seasonal spring salad. I know this is a steakhouse and they do their steak as well as anyone, but I've never had a salad that good. It was the single best bite of the meal! After the salads, they brought out our 4oz petit filets, fingerling potatoes, and sauteed mushrooms and onions. We prefer to have small steaks and let it be an element of the meal rather than the meal itself and I'm so glad we did! The entire meal was delicious and I'd hate to have ordered a larger steak and missed out on the opportunity to try some of their other menu items. Finally, we wrapped up the meal with a creme brulee for each of us (they had two types so we got one of each and shared). Creme brulee is my favorite dessert and The Lonely Pine didn't disappoint!I can't wait to go back. I've been talking to folks at work about it all morning and several of them are excited to try the place as well.GO. Enjoy your night out. You won't be disappointed in taking my recommendation.Parking: We had no trouble finding street parking within 30 feet of the restaurant. They also have a free parking lot directly across the street.“
“Delhi Athletico PT is fantastic! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, always willing to listen & help in anyway they can. Brandon is an excellent PT, easy to work with, explains things in a way you can understand, truly cares about getting you better & makes it all as painless & fun as possible. The location is easy to get to & the office is bright, clean, & equipment is up to date. You won’t regret going there for your PT needs, I highly recommend them!“
“Was sooo hungry and delicious that I ate it before I could take a pic. The burger is amazing with tots!Parking: When you turn into the lot before the restaurant if you go all the way to the left, there are signed parking spots for the restaurant that is FREE“
“We love Melt!! The Rachel with a side of slaw is our favorite. Also love the revival bowl, verde chicken flatbread, & nachos. Swapping their homemade vegan cheese on any of these items is delicious. Ooh, and the Carmelita is one of their must-try treats!Dietary restrictions: Lots of great vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, & gluten free options.“
“I had the chef salad. I had to order extra ranch dressing and cheddar cheese. I love their ranch dressing. One cup just isn't enough for such a large salad. It was really good. Husband had bacon cheeseburger with fries. He said it was really good. Service was good. She was very busy. It was right at dinner time. We were just finishing up as that crowd was coming in at 5:30pm on a Wednesday evening. We will definitely be going back to the Delhi location. We usually go to the Harrison location. Delhi is closer to home.“
“If you haven’t been here yet you NEED TO GO!! My husband and I stopped in while we are staying at an AirB&b down the street, we were lucky enough to get Abby who from the minute we sat down was extremely helpful with beer selection to accommodating dietary restrictions! The food was absolutely fantastic and is enough reason to come back but Abby was definitely the cherry on top after a long day of flying in from Dallas!“
“We usually get carryout, but the dining area is great as well. I'm only giving it 4/5 stars because they changed the menu recently and my favorites are gone. (The green bean fries were fantastic and we liked the buffalo mac and cheese, but sadly both are gone.) But everything else we've tried has been good and the service is always nice. I do wish the portions were a little smaller, because one dinner is usually enough for two meals for me.Parking: There's plenty of parking behind the restaurant.“
“It had been awhile since I have been here and I'm not sure why??The atmosphere is great. Very comfortable. The food is fantastic. Perfectly seasoned and flavorful. I want to try everything on the menu, but if I went back tomorrow I would order the same thing I ordered last night, the shrimp etoufee. It was delicious! Our waitress was spot on. She described the menu perfectly and offered great suggestions. Service was great! The service made the night. Her name was Danielle or Dana(I was not paying clise attention when she first came up).I'll be back soon! Great place!“
“I had a wonderful experience. Our waiter Bobby was outstanding and chef Josh's food was to die for. We even got the best cake for dessert. All in all, beautiful place, great service and wonderful food. Absolutly worth the 45 min drive for our anniversary dinner.“
“I had the filet, and it was sincerely the best steak I've ever had. I can't tell you the last time I not only finished my plate, but kept saying “ok just one more bite” and henceforth made myself miserable because it was so good. The service was great, the drinks were great, we were very impressed.“
“Went to hear Sonny Moormon on his regular Wednesday blues gig. He is an extremely talented guitarist and has been playing for decades here in the Cincinnati area. True to the vibe at the Meritage, he played a more laid back vibe that was not intrusive on conversation.“
“O'Bryons is the epitome neighborhood bar and restaurant in Newport. Service is courteous, friendly and timely. The bartender is very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and drinks. Food is above average while being prepared well and fresh. The chicken wrap and chicken wings were tasty. Prices are reasonable for the area. Parking is a bit of a challenge with it all being street parking. Overall a good experience and worth trying out.“
“Coaches corner is the best place. It's so much fun & the food is delicious!! The service is EXCELLENT!! You won't find a better local hangout! Casey behind the bar is a real treasure, she makes you want to come back everyday! Truly there is nothing better, it's Newport finest hidden gem if you haven't been before!“
“Stepped in today for some pupusas and let me tell you they didn't disappoint. Cheese Pupas was mt favorite but the chicharron pupusa was also good. The place is big, well lit, and nicely decorated. The place was a little dirty and the waitress seemed to be in a bad mood. I only saw 2 people working the front of the restaurant the waitress and a busboy. I'd recommend the pupusas to everyone and hopefully the service can improve.“
“Sunnyside Grill is your classic glimpse of an American diner. Tucked away in the greater Cincinnati region, this diner takes pride in its home with not only Cincinnati style chili on the menu, but also their famed breakfast platters scream Cincinnati. The Smelvin is a pile of breakfast goodness including eggs, bacon, ham, goetta, potatoes and of course, cheddar cheese. This platter is so large that two or three people can eat this monstrosity and be full. Between the mound of cheddar cheese and the goetta, this breakfast reminds you that Sunnyside calls Cincinnati home. With bacon so crispy it shatters and perfectly fried potatoes, this place reminds you that the star of any diner is whatever masterpiece graces that griddle during the breakfast hours.“
“We stopped by Sleepy Bee cafe for brunch on a Sunday. The place was packed. We joined their waitlist on Yelp and were seated in 5-10 mins. This is a women owned business that locally sources everything they make. The food did not disappoint! We tried the mocha and the cappuccino. Both were excellent! Probably the best coffee I have had in a long time. For food, we got the Avi scramble and the breakfast burrito. Both were really good. We also tried their pancake of the day - the mango crunch cake. It was delicious and light - not too sweet either! The service was prompt and they do a great job making sure you receive your food promptly. They were very attentive despite being busy!“
“My favorite place in Northside hands down. I'm a sucker for diners, but the atmosphere and friendly staff really make this a great place to sit in. The Blue Jay Breakfast (eggs, potatoes, and optional meat) is both delicious and a great price! I get it every time I go.“
“Not a fancy place, but the chicken is the best in town. Even all the extras were fantastic: mashed potatoes, gravy, cole slaw, rolls, etc. Great place for quick carry out, but also indoor seating available. Friendly staff. Free on-site parking.“
“We had a gift certificate given to us for Christmas a couple of years ago that we finally got to use. The pros: It was a really good time having dinner on the train, being entertained and hearing some history. The staff was awesome and really went above and beyond. After dinner they highly recommended to explore the train, which we did. It was quite a ride back holding on as we were walking, but it made for some good laughs. Several groups of people dressed up forties style which was very cool. I would suggest if you have a special occasion to book well in advance if you can. Some of the cons: Also I felt that the price was a little high for what you got. Drinks were about average price these days, $12 a piece and tip added another $50. Also they sat us with another couple, which I wasn't a fan of, but oh well. Another thing, don't be expecting beautiful scenery on this ride. It was a lot of graffiti on the back side of buildings and shopping centers. Lol.“
“Today 7/9/2023 I ordered a 3 piece catfish dinner. It was amazing, hot an fresh. I really enjoyed it an had no bones in the catfish like I like it. I tried the double chocolate cake for the first time it was delicious ? I will be back again ? Also customer service was excellent. Thank you ?“
“This place has amazing food and a lovely atmosphere. We happened to come across sleepy bee while visiting Cincinnati from out of state, so we weren't entirely sure what to expect. It instantly became a favorite spot! 10/10 will definitely be returning“
“Another great lunch spot downtown / by Fountain Square. Gets busy, but the line moves fast plus you can order online for pickup. The Pick Two (out of soup, salad or half sandwich) is a great deal. The Club Salad and cup of Chicken Chili was very filling. Plus, it comes with a drink. My friend enjoyed her loaded baked potato soup. They also have good cookies. Prices were reasonable.Vegetarian options: All kinda of veggie / non meat soup, salad and sandwich choicesParking: All parking (street and garage) is within 1 block“
“Tried Lana's Diner for the first time. Time of our visit came just after their lunch rush. It was obvious they had been busy and at the moment of our arrival, there was only one server waiting tables. While there was a little wait, it was understandable why. The one server, though overwhelmed, did not allow the circumstance to rattle her or keep her from pushing on to take care of customers. I was impressed by how she worked her job without letting her job work her. Her attitude remained polite and helpful to those she was serving. Food was very good and was presented as quickly as was reasonably possible. It was good service considering the circumstance. I give Lana's 5 Stars We will be back!! I highly recommend this down-home diner!!“
“This is a great casual dining spot. The menu is varied, and several times per year, a special menu offers new and interesting dishes. The roasted chicken is a stand-by, but it sells out quickly. I love the HUGE salads with grilled chicken on top, and my husband is a fan of the chicken parm. The bar gets crowded early, and the patrons are usually more interested in Keno! Overall, the staff is super-friendly and accommodating.“
“Saw the mixed reviews and it made me nervous but I tried it anyway. The fish SLAPPED, as the kids today would say. It was well seasoned, not too salty and fried HARD. Yay! The yams were pretty good and not runny. People have a tendency to NOT know how to properly cook yams. They use too much water, when yams are full of water themselves and need just a small amount and not to be saturated and lose flavor. The greens? Chopped too uniform like. These do not look hand cut, they aren't canned but they aren't rolled and hand cut. They are still good. Now, on Doordash, you can't order cornbread but in store and on their direct site, you can. I took the liberty of making my own corn cakes, as you can see in the picture. I'm glad they do offer cornbread though, despite the Doordash issue. Too many restaurants scream "Soulfood" or "Southern" in this area BUT don't serve cornbread. The sides are HUGE. That's a plus. I ate on this meal 3 times. They also sent me a free side of Okra. I sincerely appreciate it. I LOVE okra.I know I was long-winded but hey... lol.I will be back.Edit: So, I'm confused now. Apparently, their in house menu doesn't offer cornbread anymore. Y'all can correct me in the reviews if need be but I will leave my review up until further notice lol.“
