“I love Coopers Hawk! My girlfriends and I go there probably 3-4 times a month. We have always had great food and service. Lately we have been sitting at the bar and let’s just say the service is not what you get at a table. Took 3 hrs for them to remove dirty dishes from the people that sat there before us. We had to move it out of our way so they could serve us. But the bartender didn’t take the dirty plates, even after bring us out new food!The manager came behind the bar smiled and walked right past the dirty plates pile as well ?. I have bartended and served the majority of my life and I couldn’t believe it. We have been back since then and it seems like the bartender’s are torn between getting server drink orders and taking care of the guests sitting at the bar. 2 bartenders taking care of the servers orders and we had to keep flagging someone down to get a drink and food, silverware. I am hopeful new training or procedures for the bar area will fix this one issue. Otherwise I love this place!“

It was cooked perfect. I opted for chips this time, but think the tots are amazing and always cripsy not soggy and gross. Our service was a bit slow and they were not overly busy. “We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express to view the solar eclipse. We came down for a few drinks both of the nights we stayed. We got a chance to chat with the owner of this establishment and he was so cool and down to earth. We chatted about what we planned to do while in the city and he gave suggestions on different places to visit. They ended up doing a breakfast buffet since the hotel was booked up and it was very good. Service was great (thanks Linda!) I also highly recommend the bread pudding! Fantastic!“
“It has been awhile since I've been to a waffle house, about a year, and almost 2 years for this location. The eggs and hash browns were great. But the waffles have changed. They are the same diameter, but only half as thick. They have small indents (instead of the large ones). They are not crispy (almost like a pancake).I drove about an hour and a half to come here (I live north of Detroit). I will have to try a different location to see if they changed the waffle also“

My gf had the special.. build your own burger with bacon cheddar and pepper Jack.. It was slightly over cooked (asked for medium) but it was still juicy.. Tator tots were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Yum! Service was excellent.. Cathy was a friendly prompt server with great follow up throughout our time there. Jukebox music playing and big screen tv’s around the room. We sat At a booth.. each booth also has their own small tv. Nice place to have a bite to eat and it’s prices aren’t bad. The manager came out to check that the steak was to our liking then (it was). The steak was tender, juicy, and very flavorful! The Mac n Cheese was incredibly delicious and gooey. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and well seasoned.The service was professional, efficient, quick, and effective. We only had drinks, and the prices were very reasonable. We had the feeling that a lot of the people there were regulars. We'd rather listen to live local music than go to a big concert.
