“It was my first time ever having Charley's and it was a lot better than I expected. Service when I first walked it was great I was greated at the counter with a smile. Food was great. I had the Chicken California with a side of cheese and ranch fries. If you want a great sub sandwich and a pleasant experience I would definitely recommend coming here.“

They also made sure all of the food was ready for pickup and made the accommodations were requested. “This is the CLEANEST Mr. Hero I've ever seen! I called ahead to confirm closing time and they informed me when I should arrive to ensure that I wouldn't cut it too close. Located in a shopping plaza, the restaurant was easy to find. The place was so clean! I always visit a Mr. Hero when I'm in town and I was not disappointed! “I gave it four stars as a collector for the food and the customer service. The customer service was really good. Everyone was really friendly, and the place looked really clean. I got a Sam's cheesesteak regular without the cheese sauce. It was good, but I felt like it was definitely overpriced for the size. I got a regular and I believe it was $11 and that wasn't even with fries. It was tasty, but I've had better for less. I also tried the strawberry cheesecake which I forgot to take a picture of. It was five dollars, which is not bad for a slice of homemade cheesecake. I enjoy the cheesecake itself, but I feel as though the crust could have been better. Just the price to portion ratio I'm not sure if I'll return“

“Everything is always great when I come in clean, fast service and I’m always taken care of greatly. But today I had to walk out due to being disrespected by one of the red shirts names Gavin. For some reason this guy ALWAYS has an attitude and just doesn’t match the standard of the store at all.“

“Had the food delivered. The boneless wind were very good buffalo sauce was tasty. Blue cheese dip was by far the best I've had from anywhere. BBQ were good also.we had a chicken Philly minus tomato lettuce My mayo. Tasty. Philly cheese steak no tomato lettuce mayo onions and green peppers.added extra mushroom and banana peppers also very tasty. First time we tried. Definitely would order again.“
