“Store Review: Panera Bread in Austintown ??I have visited this Panera Bread location 6-8 times within the last two weeks, and overall, I really enjoy eating here. The food is consistently delicious, and it's always the same quality every time I order. The cleanliness of the establishment is also commendable. ??️However, I would like to point out an area that could use some improvement, which is the attitude of the at the drive-in window employees. While some staff members are friendly and engaging, there are others who seem distant and unresponsive. Which I understand why It should be two people at the window because when the line become busy the newer employee seems very overwhelmed. There have been instances when I had to double-check to ensure they heard me when I requested my sandwich to be toasted and once, I got it, the sandwich still was not toasted after the rep kept saying okay, okay and okay he got 1 thing right in that order. Sometimes, this instruction didn't seem to be inputted during the ordering process. As a result, once I reached the window for payment, it became challenging to get their attention. This delay in communication led to an extended wait time, which I personally find inconvenient. On three occasions, my sandwich was properly toasted, but there was one instance when my order was completely wrong. Despite my overall liking for Panera Bread, I went along with it. ?♀️?Moreover, it is not efficient when the staff only goes over the order at the window, right before taking the payment, and then remains silent/unseen until they hand over the bag of food. This process becomes even more inconvenient when fresh food needs to be prepared, as it causes a delay for the car behind us, which can take an additional 5-10 minutes to fix an order error. The friendliness seems to fade after the initial greeting on the intercom, and it feels like a transaction rather than an engaging experience.Additionally, there is a lack of initiative to offer items like extra napkins or ask if anything else is needed. It would be great if the employees could maintain a check in since the wait is over 5 mins most times it would help ensure that customer satisfaction is prioritized. Perhaps an employee meeting addressing attitude at the drive thru window and the overall mission of the company would be beneficial to keep everyone focused on the same goal. ??On a positive note, the quality of the food is fresh, with most the time generous portions depends on who's working. However, there have been a couple of instances when the tomatoes were overly ripe and I had very little turkey this last order on 2/6/24 this is this the first time, be still 12.99 is an eye turner when you are missing most of the meat on a Turkey BLT lol... Moving on! Apart from that, the food has always been served fresh and in great portions. Taking all these factors into consideration, I would give this location a rating of four stars. The curb appeal is consistently well-maintained and visually appealing.I believe that if the new employees are hired with the right attitude and some check-ins (lol) , it will encourage more repeat visits from customers and attract new ones. Please note that this review is based on my personal opinion and observations during my visits over the past two weeks 10 visit in 11 days. ??No Tukey, on my Tukey sandwich on day 10th it's time to move on for a while.Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope this feedback can contribute to the continual improvement of Panera Bread. ??Best regards,Epiphany D.C Queen“
“Came here for the first time with my mother and husband today. The semi enclosed patio was so nice. The food was awesome, burgers were delicious. The service was quick and friendly. It was her first day and she did amazing.!!The prices were surprisingly low for the quality of the food. There was 3 of us and we even ordered an appetizer and our bill was only $50! An insanely great value in today’s economy. The owner of this establishment greeted us on our way in, he also stopped by our table to check in on everything and then told us goodbye when we left. It was a nice touch and made us feel very welcome.Overall it was one of the most pleasant dining experiences I’ve had in the past 5 or so years that I’ve lived in this area. and we will definitely be back again.!!“
“Every time I’ve ever ordered food from here, every item I’ve had was absolutely amazing. The food is delicious and they have very cool bottled/canned drink options! I grubhub them a lot also and the food is still good. Can’t wait for their summer menu!“
“I was in the mood for a proper comfort food breakfast. So I went on down to Scenna’s Family Restaurant in Niles, Ohio. This is the quintessential cozy Ohio restaurant for sure. I loved my waitresses, she had a southern Ohio accent for sure & was just the sweetest. My seating options were tables, booths or at the counter, I chose a table. I ordered “The Mess” a big omelet with everything in it. I also order 1 buttermilk pancake & toast. I love real buttermilk pancakes, my waitress said I wouldn’t be disappointed, I was not. The pancake was awesome, such a nice size & unbelievable tasty. The Omelet was huge, I couldn’t finish it, I’ll finish it up tomorrow. I did take advantage of the bottomless cup of coffee, my waitress was on point every time it got a little low. I really enjoyed my morning here, the atmosphere was just a down home feel. You really have to have a meal here, I promise you won’t be disappointed.“
“great portions. No suprises when it comes to great flavor. New choices periodically on a (Clean) menu. Reasonable prices for their well-sized portions. Always have friendly waitors/waitresses/greeters. Clean, well designed restrooms.Dietary restrictions: Unfortunately the are few dinner choices for (me) being a diabetic. Broiled fish. chicken breast and a low carb appetisor would be nice. Boring but necessary when out with the family.Wheelchair accessibility: Spouse uses walker and/or wheelchair. All areas including parking area accomodate for her disability.“
“Ate out with my brother, and we were treated very well by the staff. The restaurant was super busy, but I never had to try to get the waitresses attention for anything, she was very attentive about refilling drinks. The food was amazing, it came hot and delicious.“
“Very cool Bar and grill. Great tacos on Tuesdays, and they're cheap! Love their☘️Parking: They have their own big lot with another big unused one right behind the place. I wouldn't worry about parking the car, plenty of space.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp up to the outdoor deck and entrance/exit.“
“Okay we have ordered food from hear very often. And the food is always good. But in the last maybe 6 months I have noticed the young man that answers the phone has been rude and rushed. Being rude to customers will not keep ypur customers....just FYI.“
“I love this Panera bread! They’re so friendly and fast!Dietary restrictions: I always get a drink from here - nothing more as there are practically no gluten free options. Even the salads have cross contamination often. Their teas are amazing, though!“
“Prices will always be my issue with Panera, but it has a great working atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. Their food is tasty, however when I can go to a sit-down restaurant, be served, and leave a tip for less than the cost of a pick2 and a drink at Panera there is a problem.“
“Surprised! Skeptical at first, never tried any type of sushi roll but enjoyed the California Roll, Philadelphia Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll and the Spicy Salmon Roll. Also tried the Miso Soup and the Chicken Hibachi, overall the food was excellent.“
