“By the gods, it's like the taste and flavor gods of bbq and meat bestowed upon this place their blessing. I brought the food in my car and was instantly drooling from the smell that oozed out of the bag I could not touch, basically mocking me till I got home. I wasted no time opening the treasure trove and scarfing my face. The flavor was phenomenal, meat tender juicy. I cried tears of joy. My cats which have had no interest in ribs I've eaten before, were drawn to the forbidden meats and begged at my feet for a taste. I obliged and was met with happy meowing and the licking of chops. I ate all the food before taking a picture but it looked beautiful too.“
“Been living in the area for about eight years and just recently stopped in to try this great diner. We’ve visited twice now and have enjoyed both visits. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly! The owner stopped by our table on both visits and asked how everything was, shared the story of the restaurant and was very friendly! Our server was great! She actually remembered us on our second visit! My wife had the Reuben sandwich and I had a burger on our first visit. She said it was the best Reuben she’s ever had!On our second visit, she tried a chili dog and I had their “hog” dog. The “Hog Dog” is a bacon wrapped dog that is deep fried and served on a great bun!!Their fries are amazing and the onion rings don’t disappoint! The best way I can describe The Stray Dog is: it is EXACTLY the kind of Route 66 diner that you HOPE to find!Great food, great people and a great atmosphere!Whether you’re a local or just passing through on Route 66, The Stray Dog should definitely be on your list!Highly recommend!(Note: there is parking behind the building so if the spaces out front are taken, just cruise around back!)“
“Very traditional diner with diner fare. Our server was super sweet and did everything she could to help us! However they are very short staffed and our meal took far longer than we would have liked which is the only reason for 4 stars. But the food came out piping hot and delicious. Again, the only reason for 4 stars is the time it took, everything else was great.“
“From the appetizer to the entrées food was 1st class. Anton greeted us and was very attentive. He is very proud of his menu and tries to help so have you have a positive experience. If you like interaction and great food, this is your place.Everyone in our party had a different entree and they were all wonderful.“
“Paseo Grill makes outstanding food! My wife and I had such a lovely dinner in a semi-private booth and the service was top notch. Easily a top 3 restaurant in OKC and after our visit, we can see why. So many more things to try in the menu and we will most certainly be back!! Five stars!!!“
“We will be regular guest! If you have not tried Frida you are missing out! The kindness of everyone at this place is incredible! Our server Morgan was outstanding! The food was worth every single penny, fresh and incredibly delicious! The carrot cake that is vegan free is awesome!“
“A great restaurant in our book. The food was superb. I loved the lamb potstickers. Our waiter Blake was just amazing. His wine recommendations were perfect. I loved ambiance. The paintings and tapestry on the walls also need to be mentioned I had a wonderful dinner and evening.“
“I visited on 4/14/24 and the server Carol Baskins was phenomenal. She was friendly, attentive and made sure my visit was the best it could be. The food was delicious and the atmosphere clean and inviting. Will definitely be back. Oh and make sure you get the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cheesecake.“
“A spur of the moment stop turned out to be a pleasant dining experience at the Boomarang Diner in Bethany. A nostalgic atmosphere lends to making ordering burgers like a trip down memory lane.A double burger with all the trimmings - lettuce, tomato, red onions, pickle, mustard and mayo was delightful and filling.Fries and onion rings were very good.“
